Smoketown Vapes — Local services in Exeter Township

I checked out Smoketown Vapes in Exeter, PA, because there aren't any other dedicated vape shops in town. The place is clean, organized, and has a great selections of vape juice, nic salts, RDAs, mods, and more. Not only do they have a great selection, they have a great staff! When I was there, their card reader was unfortunately down, but they offered to give me a bottle in the meantime and said I could come back and pay later! Of course I didn't feel comfortable doing that, but the fact that it was offered gave me no doubt about Smoketown Vape's commitment to their customers.

Later on I came back with cash to make a purchase. I bought some NKD salt nic for my Caliburn G, and I was super excited to give it a try - I had heard nothing but good things. Unfortunately, the juice had a very odd flavor - it tasted like vinegar. I was pretty bummed, so I went back to the shop to ask them if this is normal, if I had a bad bottle, or if I just had a bad sense of taste. Given the fact that Smoketown Vapes doesn't make the juice I had no expectation of a refund, but I hoped maybe I could get a discount on another bottle or at the very least an explanation.

Smoketown Vapes in Exeter went above and beyond! They gave me a fresh bottle of salt nic from a different brand without any charge. That was the moment I realized this shop will be my go to place for all things vape from now on!

As a community member I am very glad to have such a friendly shop with great owners right here in Exeter, Reading, PA area.

UPDATE JAN. 2023:

I'm still a customer of Smoketown, and with time the shop has only gotten better. Now they have all the disposable vapes one could ask for! Elf Bar, Fume, Lost Mary, Dragbar, the works. Plus, they always have great deals on disposables like buy two get one free, so it makes it obvious where I should shop.

Customer service is still 10/10 too! I look forward to catching up with Tim every...

Normally I absolutely love this place, I think they have a great selection and good prices. I come in a decent amount to get either vape products or kratom from time to time. Recently the past 3 times I’ve come in, all 3 times I have had awful customer service with the newer employee. I walk in every time and greet him with a friendly hello and ask him how he’s doing and I get absolutely no response back and I feel like I’m a bother to him! He stares at his phone until I ask a question and then gives me short responses and is no help at all. Completely unacceptable behavior and it makes me not even want to go back...

This is the first time I visited this smoke shop. It is located right next to my hairdresser so I figured I'd go check it out. I used to travel to the city of Reading Pa. The young man in the Smoke Shop was so nice. We actually were talking for awhile. The store is very organized, clean, and stocked. I had went into the shop to buy cones, he explained they actually had organic cones!! I made my purchase and told him I loved the store and me and my sons will shop there...
