Let me start by saying I like Pizza Hut. They have been my favorite pizza place since the 1970s. But in the past couple years, getting my pizza the way I want it feels like I'm rolling the dice. Placed an order with this location for the family. One item was a pizza with extra EXTRA cheese, easy on the sauce and a topping. An emphasis was made on the extra EXTRA cheese, something that is often not done correctly. And I said that to the young lady taking my order. She had to keep asking someone else there how to do things while taking my order. Arrived to pick it up and was first rung up for the wrong order. When they went to credit me for it they say the credit will take about 5 days to go through. But they can take money out of my account to pay for it right away. And why they needed a phone number from me on a slip giving me credit is beyond me. Then I get my order and the pizza is not as I ordered it. It is clearly the regular amount of cheese and regular sauce. I was billed correctly. I said something about it and she went and got the employee who had to come up to do the earlier credit. I asked him if it looks like extra extra cheese to him. He says he can't tell if it looks that way because he wasn't there when they made it. Then he tells me the only way they can give me any credit for the pizza is if the phone number I gave them on the credit slip or ordered from is linked to an account. It is not, I called from my home phone and that is the number I gave them on the slip. I asked if there was a card they could give me saying I had credit on a future order. He tells me not that he knows of. I asked if there was any other way to take care of that. He said I can wait while they make me another one. At this point I've already been inside at the counter for 10 minutes, I had family waiting in the car - including a baby. I was not going to stand there for another 20 minutes or so. Why they couldn't give me credit the same way they did for them ringing me up for the wrong order I do not know. We started going to this pizza hut because the service was better than the other one in our area and they had been able to make my pizza the way I wanted it. I guess it's back to driving to Ephrata to pick up a decent pizza.

Ordered this evening online on the Pizza Hut website. Clearly states on the website "curbside contactless pickup", even entered my vehicle information and selected "I'm here" along with parking in plain site right outside the door. Needless to say that this did not happen not at all. Order was slated to be done at 620pm. At 630pm I entered the store for my order and there it was apparently waiting for me to come and get it, rather than it be delivered to me as selected. See the picture below. What is the point of having the pizza sealed for covid protection but not the bread sticks?? Does this mean that it's not equally as important when it comes to Covid?? No curbside pickup!! No proper seal on all items purchased!! Is Covid really a priority of this store, this chain?? Or is it just words?? Highly dissatisfied and disappointed customer!!

Ordered through Pizza Hut website. 1. Why would you have items on the menu that are not available in the ACTUAL store? Ie. root beer. 2. Store accepted order even though they didn’t have delivery drivers, so delivery came through DoorDash. Because of this, when our order came without the soda we paid for, the DoorDash driver said “you’ll have to call the store.” 3. You try to call the store and it connects you to some call center overseas and they say “no, we will connect you with the store.” And then you get reconnected to THE SAME CALL CENTER…. Over and over again… after 4 calls (one of which I was hung up on) someone said “that store is closed for maintenance.” HOW is it CLOSED when I JUST Had a pizza made and delivered?! So my husband goes to the actual location and the door is locked with a sign that says “Sorry closed”…….. BUT THEY ARE IN THERE MAKING PIZZA….. so he knocks and they said they are out of root beer… so they gave us a Pepsi. Absolutely horrible experience and we will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. Y’all need to consider hiring people in a call center in America & don’t accept orders from stores that put “sorry closed” on the door. Also, update your inventory PER LOCATION so people don’t find out when their order is DELIVERED that you don’t have an item available. For a company that has been around so long, you have no idea how to treat people or run a business. It’s embarrassing and horrible...

I ordered for delivery it took an hour for my food to get to my house when it arrived it was ice cold then I found out my bill what is $34 for one large pizza and breadsticks totally outrageous have not ordered from Pizza Hut in years was expecting a large pizza to be big enough to feed everybody like a real Italian pizza does we're just enough to feed three people and my order was not made the way I asked it to be either Pizza Hut has changed so much over the years pizzas I've gotten much smaller I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again their pan pizzas also have changed their prices are outrageous their food quality has gone downhill tremendously my children and I have always went to Pizza Hut especially the all you can eat one their pan pizza was our favorite but to pay $34 for one single Pizza and a order of breadsticks and the pizza was not much bigger then a large frisbee it's just outrageous and The taste was horrible and like I said it could not even feed everybody in my house like an Italian made pizza normally can at least an Italian pizza you can cut the pizza slices in half in order to make it spread around you cannot even do that with a Pizza Hut Pizza don't waste your money go find an Italian pizza shop and have them make you a pizza Pizza Hut pizza is not worth it anymore definitely definitely definitely sure the hell ain't...
