Absolutely Horrible! No concept of customer service. Staff on phone and behind plexiglass when you come in for pick up are rude and act like you are beneath them. Everyone seems absolutely miserable to be there. Waited 35 minutes for takeout. Your options are waiting outside having to check on your order every five minutes, or stand in the foyer which is nothing short of a pea tree dish. Felt like a 100 degrees inside the entrance of resturaunt so I decided to take my chances standing outside around all the sweaty dudes. Stood and watched as at least five to six doordash or deliver dude drivers got their food before my husband and myself. This restaurant is too worried about pandering to their delivery service clientele to care about actual real customers who wait longer because our food isn't a priority. Got home only to eat cold and dried out food. Chicken looked like dark hard meat inside when we bit in. Threw out 35.00 of food. I much rather had gotten frozen PF Changs from the supermarket then waste my money on overpriced dried out food and risk my health in...

Their shrimp egg foo yung is the best and only $7.95, although the price does vary up to 9.95 depending on the waiter because it is not on the extensive menu. My dinner mates entrees (shrimp lomain and seasme chicken) were also excellent and reasonably priced. Nice, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Maybe even a little romantic. The dining room is never crowded because they do a very brisk take-out business. Both a sushi bar and a separate alcohol bar. This is a traditional Chinese restaurant that there were more of before those pick-up only Chinese joints sprung up on just about every other corner in the city and every strip mall in the burbs. This place is horrible! Not only has the quality depleted but they also take it upon themselves to change your order and make you pay for it! I order a. Shrimp dish for my 6 year old with baby corn and asked them not to include the peppers. So the gave me a different dish entirely with jalapenos and refused to refund me. And then Kevin tried to tell me it was what I ordered. We read the descriptions of the dish I ordered and the dish I got which my daughter couldn't eat. He then tried to say that they add jalapenos to everything and that's what I ordered. After more arguments he finally agreed to refund the dish. Instead of that he charged me a 2nd time!
