After weeks of toying with the idea of getting myself a new hiking pack, I made my way to Travel & Nature where I had the greatest experience. I tend to have a hard time finding packs that fit my frame well, so I went in hoping to work with a staff member to find a good fit. That's when I met Bob. Bob worked with me for the last hour before closing time, trying on roughly ten different packs, adjusting each, and analyzing their fit until I finally found the perfect one. He was patient, attentive to detail, and kind. Not only am I thrilled with my new pack, but working with Bob was the highlight of my day!

This place was incredible and exactly what we needed. It's so hard to find an outdoors shop that's both local and actually sells equipment that's not hunting/fishing/etc stuff. Rob, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable in what type of gear we wanted, what he had, and what we needed to stay safe for the activities we are doing. He took over two hours to talk to us and show us our options, i am so thankful for that. He never tried to sell us anything above our budget but still provided us with materials that were top notch. Rob is an incredible dude, his business is amazing and I will continue to go back for all my hiking/outdoor needs. Especially after seeing he is morally sound....

Excellent selection of clothing and equipment and untouchable customer service! The owner, Rob, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure to go over all of my options to help me find the perfect winter hiking setup. He and his staff made sure that what I got would suit my needs and kept everything well below my budget.
