I met with Max and we went over all the options. Max was incredibly attentive and walked me through the whole thing as I had never gotten anything framed before. We agreed on a price and set the date. December 23rd, as promised, I picked it up. IT WAS GORGEOUS! Max and his team really outdid themselves. The matting was perfect and everything aligned just right. My wife is SOOO HAPPY! Thank you again Max and team. You all are the BEST!

I shipped a painting to a freight company for a Gallery show I am participating in in New York City but it arrived with a broken frame and glass. Since I live in Missouri I was in a difficult position to resolve this. Max at Frame It stepped in and and not only beautifully reframed this custom size watercolor in time for the show’s drop off date but went above and beyond to ensure the courier could pick it up outside of regular hours. I got a colored pencil drawing done of one of our whippets for a birthday gift. It was damaged by FedEx (it had a crease/wrinkle in it running along the entire length!) Not only did they PERFECTLY fix it, they did it one day! Great selection of frames, mats and even glass too - ( UV, Matte, Museum etc...) I would definitely go back when I need another piece of art framed! They also had nice shadow boxes on display ( dog collar, movie...
