My recent experience with Chicken Galore was nothing short of a nightmare. Starting with the potato pancakes, they were an absolute disaster. They arrived burnt to a crisp, making them completely inedible. It was clear that no attention was given to the cooking process, resulting in a complete failure of this dish.
Moving on to the macaroni and cheese, it was just as disappointing. The texture was sloppy, and the taste was downright unpleasant. It had a strange, off-putting flavor that made it nearly impossible to enjoy. I can confidently say it was one of the worst macaroni and cheese dishes I have ever had the displeasure of tasting.
To add insult to injury, the food was delivered to me, hoping it would salvage the quality of the meal. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The food arrived lukewarm, indicating a lack of attention to packaging and ensuring that the meals reached customers in a satisfactory condition. It was clear that no effort was made to maintain the food's temperature and freshness during the delivery process.
The abysmal customer service I encountered at Chicken Galore only exacerbated my dissatisfaction. The staff demonstrated the worst kind of customer service, being dismissive and unhelpful. They showed no interest in addressing my concerns or rectifying the issues I encountered. It was a clear display of a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction.
Not only was the food delivered cold, but it also lacked any freshness. The flavors were dull and uninspiring, indicating that the ingredients used were far from being of high quality. It is incredibly disappointing when a restaurant fails to prioritize the freshness and taste of their offerings, ultimately compromising the entire dining experience.
As if these problems weren't enough, my order was also incomplete. I discovered that rolls and cocktail sauce were missing, which further added to my frustration and disappointment. It is simply unacceptable for a restaurant to overlook such basic components of a meal, highlighting their lack of attention to detail and a disregard for providing a complete and satisfactory dining experience.
Overall, my experience with Chicken Galore was nothing short of a disaster. From the burnt potato pancakes to the sloppy and unpleasant macaroni and cheese, the cold and tasteless food, the missing items, and the dismissive employee, there was absolutely nothing redeeming about this entire encounter. I can confidently say that I will never use Chicken Galore ever again, and I strongly urge others to avoid it as well. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by choosing a different establishment that values quality, customer service, and overall...
Read moreThis has been the best Fried Chicken I have had, They are the first place with the word chicken in the name that actually knows how to make fried chicken. very fresh and when you place an order online they normally keep it in a heated refrigerator(not sure what its called but its cool)
I normally base if I will go to a restaurant by the 1 star reviews because almost all the time it is just people being petty and trying to get a free meal but fail all the time which in this case was very accurate.
Also the so called attitude of the people behind the counter, welcome to a none chain restaurant that knows they have a good product and people will come no matter what you bunch of snowflakes this is New Jersey we are in not Canada.
To the owner that might see this they have no attitude they are just humane beings that will be a little salty like anyone would be around 10 pm in a hot kitchen to me its all good and I WILL BE BACK FOR MORE!!!
Please give it a try yourself and you will not be...
Read moreThis is my second time ordering and I have to say, I really enjoyed the chicken..the first time I ordered it was amazingly crispy but was slightly salty for us but over all, it was fresh and was good which loved. I decided to go there again this past weekend and this time around..it wasn't salty. it was incredibly juicy but not as crunchy...to their defense, because the chicken was made to order and piping hot, taking it home which is a 10 min ride to Bergenfield from fair lawn the humidity of the hot chicken made it a bit soggy on few pieces but still amazing. Unfortunately, Bergenfield doesn't have this type of chicken, mainly Korean fried which is also great but I prefer this type of chicken over the big name. This place has a home cooked family vibe of Chicken which i can appreciate and really shows in the quality of food tge prepare. I definitely be back for more..almost forgot, the people here are nice and friendly..chicken done right...
