if i could give no stars, i would. I went in on 9/23 to have a chain fixed for my husband. I advised the woman that they had fixed this before and it broke again. She told me it would be ready "next week". I got a call yesterday saying it was ready for pickup. My husband was in the area and wanted to pick it up, but did not have the ticket. I called and the SECOND i said who i was she interrupted me and said "I ALREADY CALLED YOU YESTERDAY AND TOLD YOU IT WAS READY" so i said "yes i know, but i am just letting you know he does not have the ticket on him and if it was a problem". She stated it was not and the price. I explained again (very nicely) that they had fixed this exact problem before and her response was "ILL GIVE IT TO HIM FOR FREE BUT DON'T YOU EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING, YOU HEAR ME". Yes, i definitely hear you! You bet your ass i will never go there again! POOR POOR customer service! Never in my life experienced something like this! AND I HAVE IT ON RECORDING, she lied to my husband telling him i demanded it for free (he was on the other line and heard the whole conversation, as i heard theirs when he was in the store) when i absolutely did NOT, just told her they had fixed it prior!!! NASTY LADY! Take your money elsewhere, where you will be treated in a decent...

This place is great. I’m big into collecting silver, and consider myself knowledgeable on the bullion market. I found myself in a tight spot where I needed some extra money to pay for my kid’s summer camp. While I’d normally find a private buyer to sell to, I needed cash in my hand ASAP, so I decided to go here. While I was expecting to get offered ~25% under spot price (I had generic 1oz rounds of .999 silver), I was pleasantly surprised to get offered only about 7% under spot. Their buy prices are more than fair for a cash for gold spot, the woman was really nice, and they have some pretty cool pieces for sale that I might end up going to check out once my money situation recovers. If you’re looking for a good LCS, this seems to be the spot if you’re in the area....

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I spoke to "Rosie" on the phone before we came in. She quoted a price she'd pay and then when we got there (gold had gone up $4 an ounce by the way) she said she'd only give us about 85% of what quoted me on the phone the day before we came in. She said she was fair, she said they are "#1 in Bergen County"....well that surely must not speak well of all the other Gold buyers in Bergen County. By the way, they also have a location in Ramsay too. My Advice: STAY AWAY! She wasted a whole half a day for me and one of my workers. I hope this scathing and vitriolic review of Reliance Gold Buyers and "Rosie" is enough to dissuade you and steer you clear of them. They did no better than try and pull a 'bait & switch'...
