University Shoppes Shopping Center — Local services in Fairborn

Texas Roadhouse one of the best steakhouses in the US as far as we're concerned. It's more than a restaurant it's an experience. You can actually get a number when you're within about 15 minutes of the restaurant so that you can get a pager. There are times when we've had to wait for a bit but believe me it's worth it and I'm one of the more impatient people as far as waiting is concerned so for me to say that you can take it to the bank. When your server takes you to the table before she does she stopped to get some deliciously deliciously delicious hot rolls and their fabulous flavored butter. Just as in a very expensive meat market they have their steaks in the window so that you can see the different sizes and kinds they have. My husband and I have never varied and always get the ribeye. There is only been one time in many years that we have been going to at Texas Roadhouse and that means no matter what state or which branch we go to the service has always been exemplary with staff that are kind, attentive and the one and only time we ever had a meal that wasn't up to par we were comped and profusely apologize to by management which was not necessary at all because it would not stop us from coming back very gracious. The ribs I can't say enough about. I can say this if you want a great atmosphere a great place to take your children too because they can be as loud as they want to and nobody is bothered, fabulous food for a very reasonable prices and extremely consistent in taste please go there you'll be...

I actually went to Texas Roadhouse they kept asking if we had been there before I said yes. I ordered two appetizers the cactus blossom and fried pickles. The pickles were hot and good the (onion) cactus blossom was cold and floppy. I told a server and they took it back. He told our server and she said she couldn't believe we sent it back. It had obviously been sitting a while. My daughter and I both ordered the porterhouse 23 oz. I ordered a full slab of ribs for my grandson so we would have a half slab the next day. We get our food and my steak is half the size of my daughters both supposed to be 23 oz. Both were real salty also. I hate to complain but I should get what I pay for. So I told our server and received a visit from the manager she said I'll pick your steak for you . Awhile later I got my steak and another sweet potato everybody else was done eating. My second steak was only partly salty I can deal with that I like a bit of salt (not supposed to have much). I had asked for red onions on my salad but didn't get them ( I didn't complain about them. My grandsons ribs were good but the green beans were salty too. It was much quieter this visit . Our bill came to $ 104.59 I have never had a problem here before as this is my favorite...

I don't know who designed this shopping center but they didn't do a good job, the parking areas are ridiculous and finding the correct entrances is also ridiculous...... The way they designed the entrances into this area is frustrating and not very accommodating..... Most strip malls will give you multiple entrances to come into the location but this one is kind of locked into a corner and you have to go through one entrance which is further down the road and then come up a kind of like access road to get into the shopping mall it's like why did they do this where they trying to prevent people from coming to the business I don't know it's a weird and ridiculous design in my opinion.
