Very rude and lazy workers at the printing station. I went in to print a poster picture for my fathers funeral and needed help printing it. I asked one of the 2 ladies there for help (Mel was her name) and she quickly said you stick it in the copier and hit copy thatâs it and didnât let me finish talking to explain what I needed was a poster not a copy. Then when I asked for help with making it she just told me to use the app and I said okay I needed help navigating because it was confusing me on how to do it so this other worker came and was helping me (a paying customer!) and she seemed confused as well and was trying to figure it out. Then a few minutes later WHILE STILL AGAIN HELPING A PAYING CUSTOMER Mel comes back and tells her sheâs taking too much time helping me and to leave me to do it. I couldnât believe that she said that in front of me when Iâm there because I need a service from them. Iâm not there to get things for free Iâm there because I needed something and I was going to pay. Iâm sure itâs part of their job to help customers! We all go on there for different things and unfortunately I was there for a picture of my father for his funeral and that was the last thing I needed during this hard time. Very poor customer service. you should always be kind to people because you never know what theyâre going through. Prior to me this lady was picking up certificates she ordered and had the copies on her phone of what they were supposed to look like and they didnât come out how they shouldâve and again Mel was very rude to this lady and saying itâs not her fault they came out bad and she canât do anything about it and the lady was very polite and trying to work with her to pick up her order and Mel again kept repeating itâs not her fault that the printer didnât do the job right and didnât offer this lady any help or even an apology for her order coming out wrong when she ordered ahead of time. Honestly I am very disappointed to see that thereâs people like this being hired to work at a place with CUSTOMERS and they treat them that way. I hope something is done because that is not right. I didnât get the help I needed and ended up just walking out. I drove to Office Depot the next day to get it and they know how to help customers without making them feel like theyâre a waste of time. Do better when...

People who work here don't have any knowledge nor interest in helping customers. I just went there yesterday night, I asked a lady about their on going promotion for antivirus which I received in news letter at home. Lady was like she does not even know what that product is, after looking at our faces for 5 mins she called her super-wiser, who said all antiviruses are sold out(Lots of customers have purchased that rxact same antivirus during that day so it ran out of stock). I left counter and was doing other shopping, and found pile of antiviruses on the rack and stickers of that same deal were posted on the rack. When I called their super wiser, he was looking shocked and surprised. After re-verifying in their system he said deal is on and I should buy that product. Now third associate did my billing and he did not gave me any rebate forms, When I asked about it he was surprised again as he does not know anything about it. Finally he gathered info after 10 mins, gave me a piece of paper and told me to apply for rebates online. I am sitting online for rebates right now and online site is asking for rebate Id which is not there in bill or piece of paper which I received from them.
Over all non of these 3 employees including cashier have any info about what is going on in staples, Instead of them giving info to me, I had to ask every single details myself and they gave me incomplete information all the time (Honestly non of the associate were having proper answer for even a single question). Neither they have any product knowledge, nor sales information. From the interactions it was clearly visible that they are not interested in customer satisfaction at all. They are just standing there as they are being paid. I don't recommend anyone to go...

I do not recommend getting your photo taken at this place, especially if you need both printed and digital versions.
I needed a passport photo, and in addition to a printed copy, I also required a digital file. I came in, had my photo taken, and was told that in order to receive the digital version, I needed to buy a USB flash drive. I explained that I had recently purchased a microSD card from them for my camera and asked if they could save the photo there. They refused, saying they only save photos to USB flash drives, not microSD cards.
I had no other choice, so I ended up buying the cheapest flash drive they had for $21, on top of the $25 photo fee. I was in a hurry, grabbed the flash drive with the digital file, and forgot to take the printed photo with me. A few days later, I had to go back to get the print, but the same employee told me he couldnât take photos or access the files because the computer was ânot working.â
Even though I live nearby, this caused a lot of unnecessary inconvenience. To make things worse, I saw two other customers who also had trouble getting their digital photos copied to a flash drive. Finally, a female employee stepped in, checked the computer, and confirmed the photos were saved, then handed me the flash drive.
The point is, I was basically forced to buy an unnecessary item, and the overall customer service was very poor.
Thatâs why I do not recommend this place. Incompetent and unfriendly staff should be replaced with people who actually know what theyâre doing and treat customers...
