Terrible service, I went there with family this afternoon. The three servers running the place were most of the time in the kitchen talking or in their smartphones that at the front. I ordered a crepe ice cream and eventually, after I asked for it, someone came from the kitchen and started making one that I thought it was for me. My mistake, someone made it and took it to the kitchen, and I imagine one of them ate it because it was not given to anyone. After the rest of the family had finished I went and asked again, the servers were at the kitchen... very busy, nobody was at the front, one checked the register and found my order. The server apologized... she had forgotten about it... of course, checking the phones was more important. All my group was almost ready and I was just not ready to start waiting again. I just told her to forget about it, I didn't want it anymore and we just left. That place needs a responsible manager in front. I am not...
Read moreAny place that doesn't put the care of its workers first is off my list. Today it is 95 outside and easily 80 or more inside the store. The workers, some of whom who have to cook crepes, are standing with sweaty and pale faces, holding bags of ice to cool their bodies. I felt terrible. I tried to sit and work quietly for a bit, but the heat was sickening. I had to leave. The ladies said the air conditioner was broken and would hopefully be fixed tonight. I tried to call management, but the number only went to the store. No email provided. It's terrible to see workers treated like this!! You should have closed the store and given them paid time off. Trying to turn a profit at their physical expense is just ridiculous. They didn't complain, and they tried to be friendly and upbeat, but they are clearly struggling. NOT EVEN A FAN to make it more tolerable for them!! Bye bye, business. I can't support you when this is your...
Read moreCould this be one of my favorite ice cream shops in the area?! I’ve been coming to Sweet Berry for around four years, COVID and all, and it has never once disappointed me. The frozen yogurt is delicious and fresh, and it’s fun to see them mix up the favors every month or two. There are well over 50 toppings to choose from, and my personal favorites are the mini caramel cups and the strawberry popping pearls. Making different combinations each time you come here is always a treat, and the prices are not bad at all. They measure the price by the weight of your cup. For reference, a good sized amount of frozen yogurt will cost around $11. They also offer a variety of savory and sweet French crepes, gelato, bubble tea, smoothies, and more! The vibe of the shop overall is cozy and has a lot of chill colors inside. I highly recommend checking this place out if your in the mood for something...
