I just had bad experience with this place. here are the details. I went to the store Saturday and spent over 250 dollars on shoes and panels. I was happy about what I got even if I had to wait 30 mn for someone to order the panels for me from online cuz they don't have them at the store. she opened an account for me and ordered the panels and she suggested that I can get them at home for free and I agreed. when she finished the order, I asked here if she has my address, she said yes and I asked here what was it and she told me an address that I don't go to no more they had it on file. she called to change it over the phone they told her that it is too late the order is already processed like 5 mn after she placed it. I trusted her cuz she said u can call jcpenny on Monday when ups pick it up and they will be to call ups to change it for you. and that what I did today and someone in the name of monika culumbus oh said it can't be changed now it is too late the order is already set up for delivery tomorrow. what ?! and I explained to her the situation and she said I can't help you. you can call ups and see if they could change it. and that's what I did few mn after I hanged up with her. ups said jcpenny had to call them to change it not the customer I was like what. and I asked for another option if it available and she said you can do a pick up at ups store tomorrow if you don't wanna it delivered to the address you provided. and I had to agree so I wont lose my 200 dollars worth of panels. thanks jcpenny for the time I had to wait...
Read moreI was at the JC Penney store at Bridgewater Falls on Sunday. I found a nice sweater and a tshirt for my granddaughter. The only checkout available was at the front of the store. There was a long wait while the clerk attended to another customer. I couldn’t help but notice that the clerk appeared to be a teenaged male, a situation I have never encountered at Penney’s before. He was obviously chewing gum! I am in my 70’s and have certain expectations about my shopping trips. When I finally got to the register, I couldn’t help but notice that the young man’s hair was a mess, he wore different earrings in each ear, he did not greet me or make eye contact. On the way out of the store, I saw another item that I wanted to purchase but I was not willing to go back to the gum chewing young male! I asked another associate that I saw passing me and explained the situation. She graciously offered to ring up the item for me and she did so. I appreciated her and her efforts to assist me. I like shopping at this particular store but if I have to deal with cashiers like him, I won’t be...
Read moreOur experience happened on Sunday March 15th. We had the worse possible experience ever. We have been here many times without any issues. The photo department manager is always very kind, flexible and willing to work with kids. The inexperienced, impatient, young and rude girl we were put with did not provide the experience we had hoped for. She was not willing to work with our boys. We wanted family, 1 year and brother pictures... We left with a few poor photos of our 1 year old. She kept asking us to leave the room, but would not pick up the baby to reset him if he moved, she made our 3 year old cry to the point he was scared of her. I literally left JCP Portraits in tears that day. I did not want to leave a review or call that day knowing I was so upset, and the following day COVID-19 happened and everything shut down. I am still upset with our experience and certainly will NOT allow her to take our pictures if and when we ever...
