When I went to place my order the girl that was on the register you could tell she didn't want to have to take an order anyway but when I placed my order I told her I wanted pickles but I want them on the side she said oh you want pickles to go on the side instead of on your sandwich in a very condescending rude manner and I kept trying to tell him how to fix my milkshake nobody that I've got there every month has ever had a problem with it they just didn't have to put nothing in with the ice cream the milk or the liquid whatever you use they did it four times and after the second one I told him not to bring me no more they kept bringing it and they didn't get it right well then when my chicken sandwich when I went to eat it you could tell it it's been setting for a while and all around the edges were hard so I finally got my sandwich but my son was already done eating so I had to take my food and leave come there once a month every month we come there and I just could not believe the way I was treated and to beat it all there was three managers main managers sitting at a table talking and I know they heard me Miss Grace came over and talk to me and I didn't leave mad because Miss Grace said it wasn't right for the way they did me she was standing over there and she heard everything that went on so you guys need to give Miss Grace a little award button because I was getting so mad at the treatment and they kept getting the food wrong so Miss Grace your number one in my book because she said please don't make this be your last...
Read moreMyself and a coworker have ordered lunch here on the app separately numerous times and I always pick the order up, I went in and picked up my order without problem then told the staff I was waiting for another order under a different name.. they kept walking past me for about 8 minutes when I asked a manager what was going on and if she can check to see if my other order was ready. 5 minutes later they came back and said they didn’t have it, I told them he ordered for the drive they but I ordered mine for inside so I’d like to grab them both while I was in there (after she rudely told me I should have went through the drive through to get it) .. another 5 minutes passes and they tell me they can’t find the order.. does he have an order number? He sent me a screenshot of the order number and they still couldn’t find it verify it with the order number or receipt.. by this point my break was over 10 minutes ago and I still had to drive 15 min back to work.. I ended up just rebuying his meal with my own money so I could get out of there. customer service is NOT up to par or any chic fil a I’ve been to and will never consider this as a lunch...
Read moreI just thought I would let you know that I’m a little disappointed by my experience tonight at your bridgewater location. I absolutely love chick-fila-a as does my family and I’ve NEVER had a bad experience which is why I’m a little troubled. After standing in line for roughly 10 minutes waiting a couple of customers in front of me to place their orders I was not greeted by any of the workers at the front desk which is not typical. A young man then came in (not sure if he’s a current, former employee, or just a friend of some of the staff) but, he cut in front of me in line and the young lady taking orders did not advise him that I was here first or had been waiting, she just proceeded to take his order before mine. I did not receive an apology or anything for the inconvenience. I asked for a regular grilled chicken and received a club. My mom cannot eat cheese. And the filet for my regular sandwich was EXTREMELY small. Honestly, my family had a rough day and to want to just grab some good food to go and have a negative experience like this is really disheartening. I doubt I’ll return to the Bridgewater...
