Crumbl — Restaurant in Fairfield Township

This store has literally always given me problems with online ordering. I don’t know why I continue to come back. With three small kids the online ordering is supposed to be more helpful so I don’t have to drag them all out. With my latest order (today) for my daughter’s 5th birthday, an online order was placed for pick up between 6-6:30pm. My husband was picking them up on his way home. He was there by 6:20. I called the store because it wouldn’t let me check him in on the app. When calling a young girl answers and says she has no order for my name, weird because I ordered and paid already. I tell her I have the receipt number and that he’s there and she puts me on hold. When getting back on the phone she gives me attitude and tells me she can’t just give him the cookies without confirming I paid for them (insinuating I’m trying to steal these dumb cookies) I tell her again that I can provide the receipt information and everything else she would need and she puts me on hold again, third or fourth time. She comes back and magically they can find my order it just wasn’t on their main system when looking it up. Very annoying and it’s not the first time orders disappear when ordering through the app and causes issues. I don’t appreciate the rudeness and accusations before getting the receipt information. To add, they didn’t even have the order correct. Again since these were for a birthday, they didn’t have the note and paid for birthday gift add ons. Will not use this location anymore. First let me just say I love Crumbl cookie, it is my be of my favorite sweetie treats for me and my kiddos. We just moved into the area and this is by far the worst Crumbl I have been to.

We placed an order and were super excited to have it delivered for the first time, we didn’t want to go out as we were unpacking. The cookies came and unfortunately we received an incorrect cookie. No big deal, we figured we would call and get it fixed. The staff however, was incredibly rude and combative when “correcting” this issue. Said a credit could not be given, but instead we had to come back in to the store to get the replacement. The whole experience was extremely unpleasant. Fast forward to tonight, two weeks later we went to order Crumbl got a box of 4 cookies and one replacement cookie we were owed from the previous order. Again the staff was combative and gave a hard time about replacing the cookie from 2 weeks ago, the manager rolled her eyes about the request because we did not come back within the week. This was never specified when we got our credit for the incorrect cookie. If this is your policy, that is fine but you should do a better job of letting the customer know your expectations on something that was not my fault in the first place. I did not ship the wrong cookie to my house, they did. I find this extremely upsetting because as I mentioned I love Crumbl cookie but will be hesitant to go here again as they know nothing of good...

Worst possible experience at Hamilton location! Went to purchase for first time after waiting for months for flavors my son likes I picked up 6 cookies. The following day my son went to take a bite i to the chocolate chunk cookie and found a black hair! Not only found a black hair bit bit into it! After realizing what it was he was so disgusted he about threw up! Needless to say there was NO WAY we were going to touch the rest of the cookies in the box! I called the store and asked to speak to a superviser to make them aware. Superviser came on the line and introduced herself as Tiera ir Ciera I believe? I told her what happened. No apologies were made, she said, “what do you want? A refund? A credit?” Her whole deamoner from the time she introduced herself was one of just sheer annoyance and and complete aggravation! After I told her I wanted a refunded as I didnt forsee ever coming back there again. There was a pause for a few seconds. I was starting to ask her if she needed something from me for the refund, she hung up on me!! Didn’t say goodby! ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING!!! Beyond rude!!
