Salon Lofts Bridgewater Falls — Local services in Fairfield Township

I’ve been here a couple times and my experience was either alright or flat out just not what I wanted. I had highlights for a couple months and was looking to redo my roots, but ended up with completely different color that didn’t match my highlights AT ALL: cool toned highlights with a reddish brown root??? I did have to come back and get my hair redone at a reduced price, but it was still a lot of money coming out of my pocket. A year later, I decided to come back when I was a blonde and redo my roots by bleaching and toning it to coverup my growth. I came out with BROWN roots with blonde hair. BROWN. I asked the lady why it was brown and she said she didn’t want my hair to be “too light” even though my hair was already bright as it was. I decided to just not come back to this place to get my hair recolored because for both times, I’m not getting what I wanted and expected to come back to have it redone?? Yeah, no.

I don’t care what your political standpoint is or whatever, but the lady who did my roots both times made me really uncomfortable with her comments about transgender people or people who were gay. I give Salon Lofts credit for a beautifully cool place, but give the hair stylist a zero. Autumn Amber Smith at Salon Lofts In Bridgewater, Loft 6... should have a bad taste in her mouth. I do not recommend her cutting ability’s! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also, she refuses to fully refund money! She wants to fix cut and color. But at abouve shoulder length already, how do I allow her to TRY AND FIX, an already screwed up cut from her? No one I know would allow the same person to make another mistake. And going up another inch to correct a botch job! It looks like a two year old played with her barbies hair. I have screenshots and pictures to prove my case. And Autumn deleted and blocked everything. So no one could see what happened. Super unprofessional about it all and obviously needs more training on the cutting section from school. I NEVER leave reviews. But this one was a must. She never refunds money. Just fixes it for free. Be warned! Red flag...

I would never go anywhere else but Salon Lofts at Bridgewater Falls. I walked in there almost 4 years ago after having a terrible haircut from another salon. Everyone there was very understanding of my dilemma but it was Lisa Reid to the rescue! She is amazing! I would not go anywhere else. People stop me all the time and want to know where I get my hair done. That's a testament of her excellent work.
