They have the best selection of diamond and fine jewelry as well as many items for every day occasions and gifts.

They’re the premiere local Authorized Dealers for prestigious watch brands like Rolex, Cartier, Omega, and Breitling. Their watch inventory is second to none in the entire state of CT. My husband and I have been fortunate enough to purchase 4 Rolex watches in 2024 from Lenox while every other jeweler from Greenwich to the Massachusetts border says they can’t get inventory.

Lastly, their customer service and staff is what really separates Lenox from the rest. I really felt like my business mattered to the staff and ownership, unlike some other spots that don’t lift their heads from their phones when you walk in. The extra attention and dedication to their craft shows immediately in the sales staff knowledge about their products which helped make purchasing decisions much easier and also made for a much friendlier experience overall. There was no pressure to buy this over that, no guidance towards a specific brand, just old fashioned attentive listening which is lost today in retail sales.

I must add that their treatment of young kids was incredible. Having a newborn and toddler going a bit haywire in a fine jewelry store can be a daunting task and the staff at Lenox treated them with care and compassion. Snacks and drinks are always provided, and anyone not helping a customer joined in the make pretend games with our daughter.

Don't think I've ever written a review online for something before but felt it was definitely warranted here. I originally stopped into Lenox around 6 months ago to express interest in a Rolex. Jake was more than happy to show me around and take down my info, but was very down to earth and honest regarding getting one as supply is currently very strained. I'm sure they don't get many college aged kids stopping in looking to spend thousands on luxury timepieces but I always got treated awesome regardless. I stopped into the store here and there over the past few months just chatting and brought one of my other watches down to have a battery replaced which they did in a couple of minutes. While there Jake got me really interested in Oris and I did some more research into them and fell in love with the Aquis line up. Texted him one day to see if they had any all black Aquis Date Calibre 400's in stock and within 5 minutes he texted me back saying they didn't have any in stock, but could order me one and they would have it by the end of the week. Lo and behold, a few days later I went in and picked up my first luxury Swiss timepiece and I am absolutely in love and this thing hasn't left my wrist since I got it. Thank you, Laura and Michael!!!! I went into Lenox Jewelers in Fairfield in February and inquired about a Rolex Date Just. (something I’ve wanted since I was 20 years old). Laura met with me and discussed my thoughts and guided me through the rationale for different options of the watch. She spent a lot of time with me.

On my 50th birthday, March 1st I put $1000 down on the buildout of my choice. Michael suggested I “mentally forget that I put down the deposit. It could take up to a year. Would likely be less (2-6 months) but be mentally prepared for a year.” Additionally, While I was deciding between two different faces and struggling with which I preferred, Michael (the owner) asked what my struggle was and would I like his opinion. I said yes, absolutely, and his guidance and direction with that choice saved me $3000.00. I see that as putting your customer first. Laura assured me she’d do everything she could to get it to me as soon as possible.

2 ½ weeks ago, Laura called me with news that Rolex had approved the production and they expected it to arrive in 2-6 weeks. She called me last night. It arrived and I left today with it on my wrist.
