
I purchased multiple items through the retailer and have not received any information regarding the product aside from the confirmation email on July 19, 2025. I have sent multiple emails during the week of July 20th, 2025 asking for a cancelation of the product. However, I have not received any communication from the retailer. I have called their posted phone number on July 31, 2025, but the phone is out of service. When searching the shop online, it states it is now temporarily closed. I have not received my products or a refund, and have not received communication from the retailer. I have had to contact my bank to help resolve the issue as this retailer is unable to help. Charging people for items before they are shipped is an unethical business practice, and I hope this retailer's upper management will make changes...
Read moreI should have read the reviews before making a purchase. Just like others have said I made a large purchase and requested a status after a week of it not shipping. I was told they did not have any of it in stock and I would just have to wait until they did. Like any reasonable person I requested a refund which I was told they would charge me a 6% restocking fee if they were to refund. A 6% "restocking fee" for something they do not have in stock. I refused and again asked for a full refund at which time they blocked my email through Shopify. Now I have to dispute the transaction through my bank. Do not do business with these scammers. I contacted the store and they responded many hours later that it would not ship until I paid. Even though I paid upon checkout, had proof of the payment and a credit card statement, they sent me an invoice for unpaid order. IT WAS NOT MY ORDER NUMBER.
