Aaron was super helpful. I went in to buy a mattress, I ended up ordering one other item.Everything was fine, until I spoke to the owner about delivery. The owner claimed since I was local, there was no delivery fee, and I said that was great, yet I mentioned “I don’t have another way to pick up the items”. He said they would deliver & all will be well, so I went along with it… (he never specified that deliveries were only offered one day of the week). So I find myself almost 2 weeks since purchase being told that I have to figure out when I can arrange someone to be at my house to accept a delivery for 1 out of the 7 days out the week, since they only offer delivery 1 day out of the week. I want to share the amazing experience, from purchase to delivery, we had at Michelle's. From entry to the store, we were greeted warmly, but not jumped, on like raw meat. We had a chance to look and ask questions, as needed, pressure free. Once deciding on what we wanted, it was about a week to delivery. They were almost to the minute on time and 2 very quick strong delivery installers came and brought 2 couches, tv stand, area rug and coffee table. Everything was perfect shape. It was a great experience until we had an issue with the couch we purchased. I contacted Michelle’s over 6 months ago, and was advised they would get the issue rectified…told me stuff was in order..it has been 4 months since that and nothing. No one responds to my messages. Last response I got was May 18, almost 3 months ago. Completely unacceptable for a 3000$ couch was sinking after just 5 months, and is even worse now.
