READ! Don't go here, trust me I wish I could give a 0 star, but the lowest is 1 so that will have to do. This is easily one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had and I've been doing my nails for more than a decade. I made an appointment on Monday for an acrylic overlay on my natural nails and asked for an extension on TWO fingers because I broke my nails on them. The lady who did my nails put one of the extensions on SO crooked and when I asked her to fix it she said no and said she'd file it right....She then layed the acrylic on like a SLAB, it was SO thick like I couldnt believe how this it was. She didnt even file them, so I asked her to please make them thinner and she barely did anything it was so terrible. And when she filed them she filed so much from the bottom that it looked like my nails were flying off my fingers, i was so embarrassed when i was leaving. and then cherry on top?? when i was paying and ready to leave, they charged me for a full new acrylic set as if i got 10 extensions!!! The next day, my nails already started to lift and open from around the cuticle, of course because they were SO THICK. Everyday it kept getting worse, and by thursday, I had two nails lift completely off and 5 nails open from the bottom. I called them back and said it's only been 4 days and it shouldn't be like this so they should fix it. I went in and the owner and employee there didnt even soak the nails off....SHE JUST RIPPED THEM OFF MY NAILS, even when i was literally screaming that it was hurting. On my left hand, the employee started cutting and filing all my nails down to the skin even though i asked for an acrylic overlay on my REAL nails. The owner then told her to stop because shes like now we have to put extensions for her. Which I paid for anyway the first time so it shouldnt have been a big deal but nope, cheap owner didnt want to accept her mistakes. So now the owner took over. So my left hand now has all extensions and she didnt want to make my right hand even and put extensions, SO BOTH SIDES ARE UNEVEN! You can see in the photo below, the left and right hand arent alike and even on my right hand, the shape of all the nails isnt even equal. And then the thumb photo??? Idk why they think it's okay to send customers out with nails like this?? its actually a pathetic business, im so disappointed in how this turned out. Huge scam, dont...

I walk in and they tell me I have to soak off all my nails because of the color on them was darker than wjay I chose. Which I get, but anytime I’ve done this they just file it away. Then proceeded to tell me to come back three hours later, and took a client that walked in after me instead of letting me decide what I wanted to do. They don’t give their LOYAL for over four years customers any kind of respect of decency to decide what choice they want to make. This all happened in a matter of 4-5 minutes tops. Don’t tell me to come in and then tell me I have to wait 3 hours. I went down the street and got the best and BEST PRICED acrylic set. I love nails by Salina, but they’re way more about quantity than quality and made me feel unwelcome and rushed me to make my choice. I don’t know if I’ll be returning after four years of supporting their business. I understand timeframes but don’t tell me on the phone “come in 15 min and we can take care of you” then I come in and you have someone who walked in after me taken before me. Rude, unkind and quite frankly,...
Read moreMixed feelings. I had a set of acrylic french tips done for my graduation here. I usually just get my nails painted and get my acrylics someplace else but i decided to get them here because i heard great things. My nail tech was super kind and friendly! She did an amazing job on my nails and was even better at making sure i was okay with them and checking up on my constantly. But here’s the catch: About a month later, i decided to take of my acrylics on my own. I assumed i could just file them down and soak off with acetone like i had done before with previous sets. I was so wrong. It took me soaking my nails for 20 minutes after filing them to be able to scrape them off. It was disgustingly gummy and stringy. It left a horrid amount of residue on my nails which i managed to file down and buff off. I researched why this happened and turned out it was because they used MMA. MMA is extremely harmful to you and your nails. So bad that it is actually illegal in many states. I am not planning on getting my acrylics...
