I am admittedly a Raley's fan--I frequent several of their locations throughout the region and I enjoy the products they carry and their prices--but I don't see myself returning to this location if I can help it.
We stopped here on a Sunday (after driving for about an hour thanks to an accident of the highway), and my wife and I were nearly bursting--we both urgently needed a restroom. We stopped here assuming a restroom would be easy to locate and use, but we could not have been more incorrect.
The signs for the public restroom are hidden, maybe even deliberately to discourage customer use--who knows. When we finally found them tucked away in the bowels of the store, obscured by stacks of pallets, huge pipes, and work carts, it was locked with a keypad (which isn't uncommon but come on). We rang the nearby bell and waited. A man was already waiting in line before us, and he looked beyond angry. The employee with the code took her sweet time to arrive, but we all looked at her with thanks like desert wanders being offered water. When I was finally able to use the toilet, nearly 20 minutes after our arrival because one of the restrooms was never vacated during our entire visit (somebody was violently vomiting inside), not only was the restroom disgustingly filthy, I almost didn't have enough time to undo my pants I had to go so badly.
Sure, lock your restrooms if you must, but at least clean them, mark them clearly, and give the code to someone with more urgency...

Terrible customer service. They had meat selections on sale this particular day and wouldnât let us purchase because we didnât download an app.2 important things, we purchased the same meat the day before and personally spoke to the butcher who told us to come back following day for another product on sale. On the first day cashier rang us up and sent us on our way happily. The very Next day the cashier said, âyesterdays cashier did everything wrongâ,and tried to force us to pull out phones to grocery shop. How can you ring up groceries wrong? Called a manager that told us to do the same thing after we told her we just bought $60 worth the day before. No courtesy.Ive never been to a store and had a coupon in my hand and they tell me you have to use your phone or we will not check you out.I donât know if it was racially motivated or what.We never raised our voices or anything, we were in shock to say the least. We drove to the store and my phone was dead I explained all this.So she pulls hers out and proceeds to show us how to look at a coupon on the app, â I say perfect, so can you use that for this purchaseâ, she replies no you have to do itâ. I again say â my phone is deadâ, it literally just had died when I got to the store.Who the hell grocery shops while looking down at a phone? Feeding 3-4 kids is already hard enough. Now we have workers not even interested in checking out at the line.I guess they want...
Read moreMy constant love of Raleys Is because they always have the item I'm looking for when other places do not, Last night I needed oil for my truck. Didn't realize it was so low, pulled into Raleys well lit parking lot and was so happy that Raleys had motor oil. Single girl, late in the evening, with a truck needing oil, I was so relieved ! I knew Raleys would not let me down. I felt safe adding oil (it was really low) under the parking lot light, and again Raleys came to the rescue with just the item I needed and right when I really needed it! And I didn't break my truck having to drive somewhere else. The last time something like this happened, it wason Christmas Eve afternoon. Mom is on blender drinks because of recent Dental Implants, her blender broke. I was at Raleys and had happened to call her to see if She needed anything. She tells me about the blender. I look and sure enough Raleys had one for me! What are the chances of that happening at any other grocery chain? I say Zero!...
