I’m leaving a 5 star review because the majority of my experience has been good. I come to this UPS at LEAST 3 times a week and have been for the past year. I do so to drop off my packages. However, I did want to bring an employee to attention because she’s been passively rude and clearly doesn’t want to work there. Because I stop by so much and at different times, I can recognize each employee that does as well. There are many that are extremely kind (I dont know them by name but the African American lady is always the kindest and always makes sure to greet me, and everyone else is very helpful as well). But there is this one employee, she has short blond hair and is a bit heavyweight, and everytime I walk in she lets out the BIIIGGGEST sigh in the world as if I’m such an inconvenience. And I understand I can be because sometimes I bring a wagon full of packages that she has to scan in. But this is her JOB she signed up for! Plus my packages are pre-paid so the MOST she even has to do is scan them in. Nothing more. She’s always sitting in the back of the store and when she sees me or anyone else walk in, she makes it a big deal like it’s SOOO much work to get out of her chair and come help us. The thing is, I thought she was having a bad day the first few times. But this is an occurring instance and makes me not want to ever come back to the store when she’s working. Thankfully there’s a self automated drop off area, so when she’s there I just help myself instead. Today I had to do so, because when I walked in, she let out a huge sigh, and didn’t even bother coming up to the...
Read more05/23/20 @ 11:15am. The staff was incompetent and unprofessional to say the least. The woman behind the desk was computer illiterate! UPS charge .90 for the first minute and .10 thereafter for computer usage. The internet connection was EXTREMELY slow. I asked the woman behind the counter if I will still be charged and she said yes, its not her fault the internet was slow. She admitted UPS recently downloaded some software on the computer and every since then, the computer had been running slow. I overlooked that and preceded to printout documents from my email. The computer printed out my email messages and not the actual documents. I attempted to printout my documents again and got the same results. Keep in mind, I am EXTREMELY computer savvy. I asked if I can email the documents to UPS and have them print it out for me and the woman behind the counter said yes for a fee. I was more than willing to pay for the copies but I asked why would I be charged a fee if the problem is UPS's computer and not me? The man behind the counter sarcastically said, its company policy. My customer service experience was horrible. There was no effort or willingness to try and help me. This was a total different experience than Fed Ex. Fed Ex was much more competent, professional, and customer...
Read moreTerrible store, brings shame to the UPS Store brand.
First of all, their prices for mailboxes are absurd, 15-20% higher than other locations, even in Fairfield! Then they nickle and dime you for mailbox keys, oh, and it's extra for the 24hr key, all of which are included at other locations.
Don't even get me started on their printing services, they refer any large jobs out because they simply don't have the equipment there. Want a blueprint sized prints? It gets outsourced.
Then we'll come to the appearance of the store which is pretty poor, I mean just look at the ceiling, full of holes and dirt marks where their interior gate has ripped up the ceiling.
I 100% recommend the location in Vacaville at 2010A Harbison Drive, they run a friendly and...
