Walgreens — Local services in Fairfield

Decided to use the Walgreens because it’s closer out of the ones around that had the Moderna vaccine. I set up an appointment online in March of 2023. They women at the pharmacy didn’t seem to be useful or knowledgeable about who were coming in for appointments. Fine, my son got his first dosage. Boy was the second and third time trying to get dose #2 did the nightmare begin. I’m mortified at the level of unprofessionalism that was displayed. Arrived for the appointment and they don’t have the vaccine. They don’t know when they will get it back. My husband asked why didn’t anyone call to inform us of this and maybe 2 minutes later someone called my phone. The woman proceeded to laugh at the fact my husband was upset and left. Now after checking online and seeing they got some in stock I made another appointment. Today, April 14, 2023 my husband and son arrived. The woman behind the counter treated my son poorly to the point my husband stepped in. Then she proceeds to say he can’t receive this second dose due to insurance. He will have to come back in a week. Still no phone call. These are grown women dealing with a minor who can’t seem to treat everyone with respect. If you can help it,...

Went in for passport photos, woman literally took them on her personal iPhone (without flash), then proceeded to charge me $16. Went to the passport place- photo was rejected because there was so much shadow. Went back and woman at desk argued that photos on their personal iPhones are better than those taken on a real camera (as every other appropriate business does- UPS, Walmart, Cosco, CVS, etc.) Long Story short, after almost missing my trip to Europe, would not recommend . If I wanted shabby iPhone pictures without flash , I could have taken them myself for free. Do not get your photos done here as the US government will most likely...

The Indian girl at the cash register has some serious issues. The first time I went here she had an attitude and clearly didn’t want to be there. The second time I went here I was waiting around for 5 minutes for a cashier to show up behind the counter. Turns out she was just sitting behind it where I couldn’t see her on her phone. Won’t be coming here a third time...
