Went in with my friends today to look at band t-shirts around 6pm suddenly they all came rushing up and said we have to go. They had gone to the back and were giggling at all the inappropriate items and a worker came up and asked what they used to clean their s*x toys at home (they’re 17) and when they responded they didn’t have any she mocked them and sarcastically said “haha how funny right” in a very rude way. This put a huge damper on our mood. I understand that it can be annoying for people to laughing at it but they weren’t bothering anyone and it so happens that we were trying to cheer up our friend whose dog had been put down earlier in the day. Customer service was terrible. Attempting to actually make a purchase while the cashier was clearly more interested in people looking at gages. She barely acknowledged me, got annoyed when she didn't do the transaction correctly and I had to interupt the conversation. she did try to sell me a box for my mug for 99 cents ....then clearly purposely didn't wrap the mug with any care. The mug didn't even make it out of the mall before...

I've bought Pride tees and other merch here over the years and I don't know if it was supply chain issues or something else but they did not have much at all today. I appreciate that they DID have a Pride section(!), but no point in a BOGO offer if there is so little to pick from.
