We highly recommend Mark and his team at Vollbracht Furs for your next or only fur garment purchase and her is why. My wife has always wanted a fur coat but couldn't bring herself to pay the kind of money usually asked for one. She recently picked up a fur coat at a northern Ohio discount store for next to nothing and was so excited with her purchase. When we returned home she couldn't wait to show off her new find and that is when we realized the coat had damage. Being the resourceful woman she is, she started researching the coat's origin by tracking down the name on the label, which is Vollbracht. She call the number she found for Vollbracht Furrier and asked if they made repairs, they confirmed that they indeed do make repairs and to bring it in for inspection. We visited yesterday October 24, 2018, after making an appointment with Mark Ayzman. Mark inspected the coat and damage then assessed the damage to be beyond repair but then looked at the label and assessed it to be that of the founding family of Vollbracht Fur Company, back in the early 1900's. Quickly doing the math, this fur coat is 60-80 years old and while not repairable, it is still in decent shape. This tells me the quality of the products offered by Vollbracht is well worth the price. My wife did not leave empty handed as Mark educated her regarding different furs and styles while she tried on a few different coats and finally finding the one she would end up taking home it still was not perfect; she wanted a different collar than it had and Mark quickly offered to customize her choice to make it the perfect fur coat...and they lived happily ever after... Thank you Mark Ayzman! You helped make my wife's birthday the best...

Exceptional customer service offered with warmth and kindness. Excellent at alterations and repairs, as well as fur storage. The furs come back from storage fresh and looking like new, not smooshed and wrinkled. Vollbracht’s is like dealing with an Old World European furrier, who really knows what they are doing, in a modern atmosphere with modern and up-to-date fun selections. Their knowledge of their business is fantastic and they can answer any questions and can be so helpful. Absolutely not pushy as some of these places are. They can also customize for you, as they did customize an item for me. I have purchased several items from them, including one again this year, and am always blown away by their friendly and warm service. When you are trying things on, they will honestly tell you whether the item actually suits you or not – a rarely found honesty. I have stored and cleaned my coats with them for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else....

He patiently met with us and helped us evaluate weather to reconstruct my 30 year old full length mink coat or purchase a new fur. He never pressured us in anyway, always helping to lay out the pros and cons and painstakingly give us all of our options. Ultimately we decided to have Mark reconstruct and customize my existing coat. He has literally transformed my fur, updated the style and given it new life. The workmanship is beautiful and outstanding and done in a very timely manner. We are thrill with the outcome and highly recommend...
