GameStop — Local services in Fairview Park

Fairview park location was "open for curbside pickup" Wednesday so I placed an order. No call the whole day, I kept calling and it was busy. Called another location and they said the location I ordered from wasn't even open, they were to open Friday. Thursday I call and it had switched from ringing and busy (Wed) to "our store is temporarily closed". The hours also switched to closed online. Come Friday, the phone actually rings again (always busy) but hours still show as closed. Ordered as a guest so there is no way to cancel my order. I went to this game stop to buy joy con controllers and on the wall were hanging the orange and purple colors so I grabbed that box, it was empty but I assumed they kept them in the back like they do with their games so I didn’t think anything of it. The line being halfway out the door and the associate Shane just talking away with these customers about his favorite games. I waited in line for a good 20 minutes when finally it was my turn I put the box up on the counter and he goes “nope don’t have those.” Why are they hanging on the wall then? Zac the GameStop employee is the most inconsiderate person working here I came in for a Pokemon card on the release date and was the first one here and wasn't told where they have them behind the counter and the people who walked in after me got them before I can get to them not only that I was about to check out in line over 2 products and another customer comes in right away with a ton of stuff to trade in I ask can I check out quick before he starts and he says no and I would have been a quick checkout I was already standing at the line in front of the desk and the employee doesn't care and is very inconsiderate disappointing no good...
