Ordered a premium seasonal (peonies) fresh flower bouquet ($95) on 6/9 for pickup on 6/15 for my wife’s birthday. Paid at time of order. Arrived for pickup at 1:30pm. Owner stated that flowers were scheduled for pickup at 10am, and since I did not answer the phone when she called at 1:05pm that she had sold the flowers that I already paid for to someone else. Owner did not apologize and said we could wait while she made another bouquet. After confirming with my wife, who was waiting in the car, we opted to cancel our order. We were not confident that the bouquet would not be rushed and meet the same level of quality as the original. Owner’s response was “I’m very good at my job” and again showed no remorse and offered no apology.

Owner was very rude to both myself and wife and very much on her high horse and entitled. Was very confident in her decision to “sell” our paid for order.

Also as a note, owner did not leave a voicemail when calling a single time.

We’re from out of town so obviously won’t be shopping here again, but would recommend against it to others as well. Unless you would like to be talked down to and risk having your flowers sold to someone else in the event you are late to...

I believe that the true measure of a company's customer service isn't when everything goes right but how they operate when there is an issue. I ordered flowers for my wife and on the day they were to be delivered I got a call from them saying that the bouquet had some mold on it and asking if they could replace it with a custom flower arrangement. The replacement she got was fantastic and even more beautiful and of a higher quality than what I ordered. They took what could have been an issue and turned it into a shining example of how a good company should operate. I will be ordering flowers from them in the future over and over again. i came in needing a bouquet on pretty short notice, the lady was just about to close up shop but was able to take a few minutes to arrange this stunning bouquet for me. i was so impressed with how she made 3 rose stems and a few snap dragons come to life so beautifully!! i was in and out in 10 minutes, fast and friendly service.
