I called tonight , because I was in desperate need of purchasing a phone charger, wanted to see if the brand I needed was in stock, approximate price etc... , a young woman answered in Spanish, I asked my question in English , she hung up immediately. I called right back, I thought perhaps we had been disconnected accidentally. But no, she hung up on me on purpose. She chose , to be unprofessional, chose not to bother to politely say "I don't speak English".
8/10/2025. Response to owner.. I called twice that evening. The first of my phone calls that evening , the young woman answered your business phone , after letting me explain ( in English ) what I was looking to purchase , she hung up on me. She did not inform me she didn't speak or understand English. She said nothing. Just hung up. I thought perhaps, the line disconnected accidentally , so I called back immediately, ( phone call number two, of that same evening ). The young woman answered your business phone , once again. I began to ask ( in English ) if MY line disconnected her . During phone call number two , she told me " I don't speak English".... and hung up abruptly. No apology given or offer of a better time for me to call back to speak to an English speaking representative. Your business website doesn't state English only speaking ( perspective) customers are unwelcome. If that is the case , it would be considerate of you to discourage us from calling. Thank you...
