Posting an update to my review to acknowledge Megan as an exceptional customer service representative she went out of her way to help me with my technology and my order through chat and in person !!!
Just wanted to post an update to continue praising this dispensary and their staff: So, every single time I purchase from the store online or in person, I experience nothing but superior and unparalleled excellence in their customer service, whether itās through their online chat program or in store. Today 8/5/22 RICHARD chatted with me online helping every step of the way, educating me on the products, as well as the legal limits and restrictions in place by the state which can sometimes be very confusing for consumers) he continued to help me also to pick out my products, answered every single question(and I ask a lot of questions lol) with excellent communication skills and kindness and warmth (I know thatās a lot to get through a chat box but it was for real) And even after all of that time Richard spent with me online, he even went above and beyond to help me with a product issue (that I purchased on my last visit) and went above and beyond to rectify It was an exceptionally positive experience with Richard from the moment the chat box opened and continued after the chat box closed and me going into the store to pick up my order) ā¦.from the moment I enter their parking lot, I am greeted by their associates outside who are friendly and welcoming, as soon as I walk through the doors youāre greeted by different rounds of associates that are nothing but warm and welcoming and greet you with a smile. Everyone goes out of their way to help you. I have never experienced any form of intolerance or attitudes or any unwelcoming glances or anything of that nature (and yes some businesses ( even in 2022 !) are racist, biased, judgmental, hateful and could really absolutely take notes on EXCELLENCE from NEA DISPENSARY)!!!!!
(Initial review I wrote 4 mos ago): This dispensary is an out of this world amazing great fantastic Dispensary however this review is specifically about the AMAZING AND UNPARALLELED EXCELLENCE of my customer service experience via their ONLINE CHAT SUPPORT, with their agent JOHN. Iāve used their chat function many times, and I cannot believe the immediate response with an actual human who knows exactly the answers all of your questions. In this particular case today, JOHN spent periodically over an hour with me back-and-forth , Kindly, patiently, and incredibly Well-versed in the stores products and all of the items, specifications and variations!!! JOHN literally knew everything inside and out and was able to provide easy to understand answers so rapidly and on point ! Iāve never had customer service so well and I would shop at any store with any type of product for sale where they had John as a customer service agent because I believe that excellent customer service is worth every penny and is worth following to maintain a long standing wonderful customer relationship. Honestly, their rapid, courteous and knowledge customer service chat support function has even answered questions I have submitted regarding possible text scam messages using their name or number etc. and was able to find relief within minutes of their answers. I can be a little crazy sometimes when trying to explain that Iām doing what the person is asking (especially over text/phone) but AMANDA kept her cool and kept trying to explain her side. I could not order online somehow. I didnāt understand how I had already renewed in June but now just having an issue. So Amanda tried to keep explaining (the same thing over and over cuz there was nothing else she could say) Which unfortunately I was doing just not sure where the glitch was. However ZACH realized there was an issue and saw that I was a patient who came regularly and made sure to have my order waiting for me when I got there. In the past I have had issueās unfortunately with my order (which donāt get me wrong IS A BIG ONE) so Zach really put my mind at ease knowing my order was there and waiting and CORRECT!!! Now still nervous going into store that something could go wrong⦠I was greeted by Dawn and Chan .. who were both willing to help and kinda knew the story.. so they went and got Zach! I think only two times Iāve had a slightly less than exceptional interaction with staff BUT they were not unpleasant in the slightest. I told them what I wanted and they got it so, bam, Iām out the door. So out of the times that Iāve come here - maybe once a month or less - every other time has been welcoming and a knowledgeable experience.
Whoever it is that constantly says āI gotāchu!ā and has thick curly hair? He makes great eye contact. Heās totally awesome. He was definitely able to help me understand quickly the difference of this and that without going into too much detail. Everyone makes great recommendations.
Also, the older dude with grey hair and a lottttt of pins on his lanyard, is also super cool; he gave me a really good rundown on what it is Iām looking for and what itāll do. I have ADHD and I worry about my reactions to certain strains. I was able to talk to him about the differences between pens and flower and what lasts versus what might work best based on what Iām seeking. You guys are a trove of good information without being super duper pushy.
