I can't even begin to explain how awful this location is inside and out. A terrible, hostile work environment. Always messy and constant attitude from shift management; when all they do is wave an expo marker around and scream. On my first day, I was thrown into a position and taught by a person without proper training skills- multiple children under the age of 16 running machinery, staying late PAST hours. I was screamed at for doing things I was told to do. When I couldn't figure something out, there was never help and I had to eventually figure it out myself. On my last day at this location, I cried in the bathroom in increments of my shift before being sent home. And no- not because my day was personally bad. It was because the way these employers and their employees treat their coworkers is actually biligerant and something I did not even expect in this day and age. My priorities and I were constantly pushed aside and I was forced to wear a tight uniform that constantly made my skin break out in allergic reactions. I was never correctly terminated- infact, I was wrongfully terminated. My privacy was disrespected and I was harassed in your bathroom, WHEN I WAS CRYING OVER YOUR MISTREATMENT. The whole restaurant was constantly a safety hazard and the hiring team had no idea what they were doing. I bit my tongue for a long, long time but this chic fil a location and many others before is consistently praised for what? not a damn good thing. All we hear is bad. And we still let this store operate in this toxic and disgusting form. I would rather sit in a McDonald's drive thru line for 5 minutes for a 5 hour old cheeseburger and cold fry than sit in this already dingy, unacceptable wait time of a thing you called a drive thru for that nasty rotten lettuce and your raw...
Read moreOrder a #2 spicy deluxe with a coke, my soda had no.syrup.in it I asked to get a new one stood there as no 1 could change the soda, one girl told the kid who was supposed to change it oh your not allowed to change that only a supervisor can... She literally just stood there clueless walking back and forth doing nothing. Another customer joked and said she felt like she was in a Time warp as no one was really working just walking around cluelessly. Finally watch them take my food to go look for me I dined in, so I said i can take it. Still waiting for my soda for.about 10 minutes then he checks it and says oh it's not changed yet, but he preceded to fill 2 more cokes for other customers. They should have told them they were out and then had it changed but just gave out the bad soda anyways. A girl handling food with gloves on kept scratching and touching her head (GROSS) finally I said give me a hi C. I sat down to eat my sandwich bun was hard on the bottom and mushy in the middle with lettuce that I had to take off cuz it was rotten. Before I wrote this review I read that someone else had a similar experience with their lettuce in a salad mine was on my sandwich, which was dripping it was just gross 🤢. I liked chick-fil-a at other locations but this one is just horrible. They need to come in and retrain the employees, it's not all their fault if they haven't been trained properly. Read moreI've been here 4 times now, used mobile ordering every time. The least amount of time I had to wait was 45 minutes, and that was for breakfast. There was not a single person in the drive thru line and I ordered 6 items total. The other 3 times I have been were during evening hours and the longest I've waited was an hour and 15 minutes. The drive thru is an absolute mess. People behind us were getting their orders and were stuck in line. People ahead of us had wrong orders and were forced to wait for their correct items because the spots up ahead were filled. 2 out of 4 times my order was either incorrect or missing items. I have also been forced to stay in line after receiving my order behind several other cars ahead of me. Almost finished my food waiting in the line. This chick fil a is terrible. The drive thru needs to be more organized. They need to have more workers cooking and/or bagging and checking items in the bags. I witnessed 2 workers taking out 1 bag of trash and couldn't help but think maybe they should use that other worker to help in the back?
