No confidence, no experience, no knowledge then look no further a step by step course into mixology and a understanding of drinks! My first day I started I was completely overwhelmed by all the different bottles but Shannon broke everything down in such fine detail to the point of where the products are actually produced and how they are made insane! Then over the 5 days my knowledge of mixing drinks grew to the point of knowing 40+ different cocktail drinks and having the confidence of actually making them. Nothing is a problem for Shannon I never once felt stupid asking a question that could be simple to someone else so thankyou. Lastly Primo (Shannon’s husband) Who took our TIPS class is awesome I felt like I had known him for years even though we just met. I’m so happy I did it! I was so hesitant about taking a bartending class even the first day I almost gave up before even entering the classroom and I’m so glad I didn’t. My instructor was Shannon and she is the kindest and most patient instructor I could have asked for . She taught you exactly what you needed to know plus more . One thing that really stuck to me is that they always tell you “let us know if you need anything “ even after the course is done .
