
I really wanted to like this place! My husband and I visited last week (for dinner on the turf). Our first time we tried to be very understanding due to this being the first few months of the business being open. Our first experience was ok, they were out of my first choice dinner entree and the service took forever. When we first sat we didn’t get greeted for at least 15 minutes. Again we figured new business could have been a bad night for them.
We decided to come today Sunday 8/30 and try it again because their brunch menu looked amazing! We invited my mother and partner to join us because we wanted them to try it for the first time. Again it took 10-15 minutes for someone to greet us. Once we sat and looked over menu I decided on an item and ordered it. Then the waitress told me that they didn’t have the item, they sold out. I then decided to order another Menu item. The waitress came back 10 minutes later just to tell me they were also out of this. Those were the two items I wanted, everything else I wasn’t interested in. She urged me that they have everything else and so I decided to order a sushi roll. I couldn’t believe it when she came back 10 minutes later again just to tell me the shrimp was gross and they didn’t want to sell me it so they were also out of that. She then did said “I spoke to my manager to see what she could do but yeah nothing.”
I think what frustrates me the most is that 3 menu items where not available and the manager of a brand new business couldn’t come to apologize. I had to sit and watch my family eat while I just sat there. I also asked if they could do a side of potatoes and she responded with “we don’t do that here”. So much for accommodating.
I hate complaining because I worked in restaurants and bars, however with that being said I know it’s very awful of a business, especially a new one to be dropping the ball in this way. Customer service should be a businesses priority, but here it clearly is not. I really hope something changes here because the location is beautiful. If the manager would have came I could have shared my feedback with her instead of this platform, however she never came-therefore I was unable to do this.

Read moreFirst time here as a Fall River resident for 30 years. I was disappointed. I went in the afternoon (1pm) it was not Busy. I ordered two simple meals. Waygu burger with added bacon which was an option $27 and received the burger without bacon! After My child was half way with the burger as she was super hungry and a child we noticed no bacon. I told the server that there was no bacon and we were okay without but to make sure not to charge for bacon. She misunderstood or was not listening. She brought over a side of bacon. Which made zero sense as the burger was half eaten. She then charged us for bacon. I ordered a black bean burger ( this burger fell apart in every single second I tried to pick it up) I’m familiar with black bean burgers this was literally filled with whole Black beans. Impossible to eat zero flavor absolutely not worth the $17 price tag. I got this with a side salad rather than fries. I got fries and again had to reach out and say hey I wanted a salad. Not fries. She said oh that’s right your salad will be right out. This place is small and there are only a few other tables I’m not sure how a simple order can be messed up. The charge for the bacon after a half eaten burger is beyond me. I work in customer service and I would have not charged for the bacon that was suppose to be INSIDE a burger that was ALREADY half eaten. We never had our sever come back to check on us or the food. Therefor we never got water refills. OR ANY REFils . This was the first and the last time I will eat here. $80 later for mediocre food is NOT worth it. Eat at the cove or Baretts...

Myself & my family are big into fine dining, love eating out, & money is never an issue..... However, today was absurd... I went there with my family for 'brunch' (kids 4 & 6 years old)... The menu was extremely limited, none the less, I ordered a full meal, my wife, ordered a full meal, & my 6 year old ordered a full meal.... But my 4 year wanted a simple grilled cheese. We asked the waitress, she was nice, but basically said the kitchen wouldn't do it... Mind you, this is a GRILLED CHEESE! Two pieces of bread w cheese in between!!! So, what happened?
They sent 2 pieces of toast on a plate, with a slice of cheese on another plate!!!! Seriously, I felt like I was in a 3rd world country... We obviously complained to the waitress (but it wasnt her fault at all), finally a manager came over... Completely useless conversation...
Long story short, the waitress got her 20% & we left disgusted and went home to make our 4 year old a grilled cheeses sandwich which took us 2 minutes (at the most!).... I hope this review reaches the owner bc this experience was a complete joke... And the funny thing is that, I've never believed in reviews, or read them/posted them.... This is actually my first ever! Again, a GRILLED CHEESE!!!!! Lol....
