QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Fall River

Really nice place. Seemed very clean, including the restrooms. Nice simple menu. Which I like. No thanks to 100 average to crappy items on a menu. I would much rather have a choice of only 5 things if they're all really good. The girl who waited on me was really nice. Friendly, and easy going. Everything I asked was responded to with a "sure", "no problem", or an "absolutely". That's what you want to hear. Their menu is set up to be like this. Basically all the entrees, except the tacos, are the same price. So you pick what you want. Burrito, burrito bowl, taco, or bowl salad, and your protein. Then they'll throw in whatever you want.

I got the taco salad. It was late, and the meats were looking a little dry. So I went with the pulled pork which was in a juice. This was great, because it's what I like anyway. So it's the fried taco bowl, lettuce, meat, and anything else you want on top. I got the Pico de Gallo, black beans, corn and shredded cheese. For dressing I tried the Tequila Lime, and the Mexican Ceaser I think it was called. Both were good, and different. But not great IMO. Their was some cilantro in something. So be warned. It was either the corn, or the Pico de Gallo I think. I'm not a fan of cilantro myself, and it permeated the taste too much IMO. It's definitely a love it, or hate it deal. And I think they should make it a separate optional thing. Either way. It was really good, and I'll come here again. Oh, and the entrees, except the tacos, are all $8.40. So $8.99 after tax. I left the change in the tip cup, and was just fine with paying $10 for the meal. I left stuffed. Actually it's about two hours later, and I still am! Nice place. Recommended.

I’m not a big person of complaint and I respect everyone who is working during these times. I ordered a bowl and once I was checked out the cashier asked what kind of bowl I stated “extra chicken” she looked at the bowl (already packed) and then me because seemed she had a weird feeling that the bowl was too small for extra chicken. She cashed me out anyways and said I was all set. Once I got settled and ready to eat my bowl. It was completely wrong bowl. It was the bowl from the person next to me I clearly remember what they ordered. I then called to let them know this happened not even asking for a refund. I had to call three times for them to pick up. I get “who is this??” right away I wasn’t even sure if I called the right place at first. I found that a bit rude. I stated “hey I think the bowls got mixed up” I get “you don’t have actual proof this happened.” It’s literally right infront of my eyes. I used to work with the public I understand that some people take advantage of refunds etc. I didn’t even care for the refund I just wanted to let them know just for future references but I just got rude comments back. Horrible service from a young gentleman and woman that were working the lunch shift today. I was picking up 2 online orders for friends and one of the two orders was ready. The 2nd order, I was told they never received. I had this issue not too long ago and the staff member looked into it and they indeed had the order, it was just never pushed to the screen to make. I asked this young man to look up the name in the computer and I was told "that's not going to change anything". I then brought up the order # on my phone and again told "not going to change anything" and then I was told "why are you copping an attitude over a taco?" No, I didn't have an attitude until he stated that to me. He then refused me service for the 2nd order that was already paid for. I adked for a manager he stated he was running the shift and would not provide me his name. I then stated I was contacting corporate and he said "ya, you do that". As I'm walking out, the young lady yelled out "hope you have the day you deserve "... What kind of people do you have working there? There is no customer service once so ever.
