Five Guys — Restaurant in Fall River

Not friendly service needs to be refreshed the people that they have working here look miserable the way they wear their uniforms truly unsightly. When waiting for my for my order one of the employees decides to start spraying down the table next to me with a solvent that was harsh and made me cough and other people too. When asking for lettuce on my hamburger I always get two pieces little lettuce that I chopped up what's going on I see them playing with the food which is totally unprofessional the environment in there's always okay but it's never really clean I eat here once in awhile would be more if they did something about all the above that I stated and I never use the the bathroom so I can't tell you how it is in there but I can just imagine the tables always...

Good burger. They screwed up my order and only gave me 1 patty for the cheeseburger. They made good on it and made me a fresh one after they asked if I wanted a whole new burger. Normally I probably would have been content with them just adding the other burger to it but I waited a long time for it and I was hungry and I wanted my burger made my way not as an after thought. I found it expensive $31 and change for two burgers, one large fry ($6.29) and two sodas. My son was along for the ride. All in all a tasty burger but a little pricey. Five Guys food, in general, is great. This location is staffed with friendly people. We had an issue with our order that wasn't the fault of the store, but they corrected it anyway and remade the burger with a smile and apologetic attitude. The customer service is definitely great. I would patron this location for their customer service alone. The only complaint I can mention is the drink station wasn't that clean, but when you have customers serving themselves sodas, this is usually expected. I wouldn't rate it as neglectfully gross.
