I used to always go to this store even though I live out of state, but not anymore! Went yesterday and had the worst experience! I went in because my phone shut off and wasn't turning back on. The sales associate told us it was probably my at home charger, and even after I told her I tried MULTIPLE CHARGERS at home she still told us to wait around for a half an hour and give the phone a chance to charge on her chargers. So we waited (with 2 kids) and SURPRISE, it wouldn't turn on, like I said. So my line didn't qualify for an update, but she told us that if we updated one of the lines/phones that qualified for an update(my daughter's), she could switch the numbers after (which is what we originally wanted to do). So my husband tells her which phone he wants, and while he ran to our son because he got hurt getting his fingers stuck on the store's door, she quickly rang up the wrong phone, put it in the paper bag, charged us for it without telling us which phone we were paying for. When we first brought up that the price was too expensive for what she quoted she first said it was because of the sim card fee and activation, but it was the one my husband picked. Then we look in the bag and surprise, wrong phone. When we brought up that it was the wrong one she told us she could not give us a refund and there was nothing she could do about it. We paid a lot more for a phone we didn't even want. Then when it was time to "switch the numbers" she suddenly tells us that she can't do it, and that we have to pay to get my number installed into the older phone (my daughter's), which all could have been avoided if she had told us no from the beginning. All this happens while she's taking personal phone calls from family members and ignoring customer service representatives that were trying to fix her mistakes on the landline. She called what seemed like the manager at one point to explain we wanted a refund, but REFUSED to explain to him that it was her mix-up and that she rang up the wrong phone! I have multiple witnesses and at least 6 customers who walked out during this ordeal because they saw how slow, rude, and unprofessional she was being. Read moreHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First off, I can tell right away that this branch along with a couple of others are NOT Metro by T-mobile. They are PRIVATE OWNED and each does whatever they want, no agreement with the website, etc. Back to this particular branch: where on earth did they find such arrogant employees? We entered this branch for the first time yesterday to join Metro and the employee talked to us like we owe them money. And then without even listening for the details of our inquiry another employee stated each phone no matter what - would be this much. I tried to ask my questions, but it seems like the employee was forced to stand there and respond to my questions, maybe that's the reason of infinite arrogance. As I was talking to her she wasn't even looking at me rather was focused on her phone. Because of what I went through I will NEVER EVER go through Metro PCs for my cell phone service. All I wanted to do was return a mobile hotspot for a home wifi network. Because I purchased at another metro pcs store they refused to exchange it for me. Most assinine company policy I have ever heard of!! Plus Izzy had an attitude problem. I've had a customer service as a first job so I know how to treat a customer and that is not it!!!!!
