I Norbert Costa Took the time & Effort to Purchase a Beautiful Harvest Fall Cornucopia center piece from Xaviers yesterday the 12th.Of October 2020,I Specifically Paid an Additional $25.00 to Upgrade it from the Standard to the Deluxe which Should’ve Included More Flowers,I also tipped the driver & Put Specific Instructions/directions On the web site Stating to Please Deliver it to the Front door,Which Someone Would’ve heard someone Knocking & Had Answered it,I’m Grateful to Have Received it,But it’s NOT what I Ordered Instead I received a square basket A Lot Smaller than the Original Order,Its Still Beautiful Cause GOD Created these Flowers yes man/woman put it together,but God Gives Us the Ability to Create Beautiful things,Just Very Disappointed In the Item It’s Not what I Ordered I understand that they might of run out of the Cornucopia basket & Had to Utilize this basket,But At Least Put ALL the Extra flowers I Paid for in the Arrangement it Cost me an Additional $25, from $64.99 for the Standard to be Upgraded to Deluxe $89.99,Its Not Deluxe,There’s More Greenery In it that Fall Colored flowers,Thing Is I NOT Only ordered it online I Called Prior to doing that & They NEVER Stated they Didn’t have the Cornucopia,I’d Like to Give it a Better Rating But I Must Be Honest,I Have No Bad intentions or I’ll Will towards them,But it Would Be the Right Thing to Make Up for it by Either Reimbursing me Some of my Money & Or Giving me Some Kind Incentive to Correct there Error NOT mine,I’m NOT Rich by No means & Cant Afford to Spend money...
Read moreFlowers were very nice, prices great (except delivery fees are per item even if going to the same place) customer service was absolutely TERRIBLE and that was the owners fault. Owner is obnoxious... he called the woman that was working with us to the back room (no door), leaving us alone and proceeded to reem her out about something that had not been completed that morning (she had been working on it back there when we arrived and several other customers had been in and out) he was loud enough that we could hear every word. Once we made our selections..without help..we had to walk to the back and ask if someone could take our order...he kept the original girl in the baCk and sent a different girl causing us to have to start from the begining again. After spending over $700 we were checking out when the owner came out to the desk and told the girl at the register to stop becuz he wanted her to count the register first. He looked at us and said 'she has to do this first'. When done the girl went back to checking us out and the obnoxious owner told her to stop again he wanted her to cash out yet another register! The flowers were delivered 1/2 and 1/2 in 2 different cars..including arrangements that were suppose to go to a different funeral home for someone else. Flowers were very nice but some were not done in colors we requested. Think twice or three times before you choose this shoppe, sometimes saving a few bucks isnt worth the...
Read moreI ordered a spring bouquet for my sister and was sooo disappointed in both the CHEAP bouquet and the customer service! The girl who I spoke with was rude and told me there was nothing they would do to make it right. The bouquet I had ordered had lots of roses and the one delivered was full of daisies! Not 1 rose! I called and was told that they would correct the situation and send out the one I ordered. My sister received a new bouquet, full of only I think Poms! I called them back and the girl I spoke with said we have sent out two bouquets and that is all we will do! She said we are in the middle of an epidemic and just got roses in! She said that they didn’t have any roses when I placed my order! I said the professional thing to do was to share that with the customer and offer an alternative that was acceptable to me. Not, go ahead and just make any cheap arrangement they wanted and bill me for the more expensive rose one that I picked out online. This girl challenged me and was rude beyond belief! It was special to me to have the pretty arrangement I had picked out be the one she received. I can see subs may have to be made if a flower is out of stock, a daisy or a lesser flower!
