She let me know that despite Google map problems, the address is on Allen Rd and NOT South Allen Rd. Important because you’ll end up at someone’s house instead of this business. The packaging of everything is high quality and the labels are clear. The cuts look great and everything is just as we discussed. We had our beloved pigs processed by Fallon Livestock Processing. We are very happy with the service. Chrystal even put us in touch with a Transporter who was able to load the 300 pound animals out of our back yard with ease. The only negative is that we had hoped that our pigs would get a particular "last meal" as they awaited processing: filet mignon, red potatoes and asparagus but that could not be provided.
