Verizon — Local services in Fallon

This store is horrible. I worked here for 12 months and they terminated me for not submitting a buisness lead 3 weeks out of 6 months. They encouraged me to tell people that the highest price plans were the only option and encouraged me to add things to people's bills without them knowing. There are some good people who work there but they get fired for not submitting to Russell Cellulars corporate greed. They charge non refundable fees that you dont get if you buy online. Please go to a corporate location. 5000 Smith ridge is the nearest. Victoria the manager is a good enough woman but she has no problems with sucking money out of you. Cory the assistant manager will tell you whatever makes him the most money. Maari is a beautiful honest person and the only one I would recommend. Good luck if you choose to enter this location. Went into the Verizon store in Fallon NV and had an outstanding experience! Usually I order my phones and equipment through the Verizon store online; however, I needed to go into a store to help with my situation (iPhone was stolen).

Celene was the customer service rep who helped me from start to finish and her professionalism and expertise was top notch! She was able to assist me with the lost iphone, purchasing a new one, and updating my current plan to not only get a better overall plan; but also save money across board!! She was very patient and attentive to my questions and concerns. She went above and beyond to ensure I understood the finite details of my new plan and the new bill.

Last time I went in here they had fired everybody that had any common sense or knew anything and the girl that helped me tried to tell me that the apps on my phone as she searching through EVERYTHING in my phone and looking at stuff the apps are the reason that my old phone would shut off at 30% it wasn't the fact that the battery was shot( proved by swapping out battery on my own). This place is a joke I wish you would actually hire people that knew something instead of trying to get people that are pleasing to the eye to look at just because they're attractive doesn't mean they have any common sense or know anything about customer service.
