I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful spa to try out the Emsella treatment. I had heard good things about it being incredibly helpful with urinary incontinence, weak pelvic muscles, and things of that nature that come with childbearing and aging. Quite frankly, I was sick and tired of peeing my pants every time I coughed or laughed or tripped or did anything slightly jarring. So after much consideration, I decided it was worth a try. I admit, though, I was fairly skeptical. Basically you walk in and sit on this chair. You don’t have to change your clothes or do anything to prep. It was comfortable enough. Dr. Kate began the treatment… slowly at first… and then gradually upped the intensity to what I was comfortable with. Once the treatment got into full swing, I was utterly amazed at how effectively it made the pelvic floor muscles contract. It was painless, yet truly working those muscles. At the end of my 30 minute sessions, I feel like I had a complete pelvic floor workout! And the best part? It works!! Like... for real! I most definitely notice a difference. I didn’t even know Cape Cod Aesthetics and MediSpa -Falmouth, was located in the same plaza as Xfinity/Comcast in Falmouth off of Main Street. After taking care of my business with Xfinity. I stopped in to check it out. I fell in love with the place as soon as I stepped over the threshold. Very relaxing, calming and you just get that feel good feeling as soon as you enter.

I had a consult with Dr. Kate. She is the most down to earth beautiful person inside and out. After getting my recommendations from Dr. Kate. I booked all my appointments one for every month with Vanessa who is nicest, best personality, beautiful and caring person.

My first appointment with Alex. I had a peel and best conversation with her. I haven’t had a peel in maybe 10 to 15 yrs. I don’t usually brag about my own skin but I just have to say there was a 300% different in a very positive way, clearer, brighter, softer and best of all less wrinkles. I have been living on the Cape during quarantine but I usually live in NY. Amy came highly recommended by the girls at my salon down here.
