Of course you’re likely to see positive reviews after this one- but isn’t it telling that in five years- boaters fearing repercussion are silent on this business in a harbor that could produce an incredible community where everyone knows your name and wants you to enjoy your day on the water? - No dice. Think of this- every time you think of taking your boat out, it will be tainted by the people and willful disregard for customer needs that only a nepotistic hand-me-down of a company can offer. It’s currently a toxic brew of arrogance, learned-helplessness, pointless inefficiency, coercion and mismanagement. Damaging boats on transport from the racks only to argue with consumers about the repairs, policy changes to not allow boats to be readied by phone (low-volume times), service with a sneer- condescending self-important management with a “my way or the highway attitude” coalesces into blending the worst feelings about boating separating you from the shining diamond waters of Vinyard sound and otherwise the finest days of summer. Get your house in order. If you read this and look deeply into the decay and rot you have going, you can still turn it around. This place is the butt of jokes...
Read moreWe are new to Falmouth. We have a 30' Searay, which is also new to Falmouth. First day in the water, something was wrong with the fresh water system. We called Pier 37, simply because they are located in the harbor. The service was great! I feel so lucky to have called them by chance. We discussed the symptoms over the phone with Carolyn, she suggested we bring it over right then. The service tech greeted us at the dock, checked her over, and it turned out to be a stuck valve on the water system. Thankfully, no big problem. My husband then had a chance to speak with him about a couple of other issues which concerned him. We left with peace of mind, both because he fixed the problem, and because we found a great local service center to care...
