I want to recognize two of the Falmouth's representatives. First, l Maddy was awesome. While she was not directly helping my phone needs, I was able to observe her working with other customers. She was very patient and helpful even when other customers approached her when working with another customer. I was impressed with her ability to remain calm, patient, and validated their needs. I would say that some of the customers' requests that were made felt rude and entitled and she was able to respond kindly and manage to meet the needs of her current customer that she was working with. Great job! I hope she gets some recognition for her ability to provide quality support to all types customers. The second is Kate. Kate is a rock star. Her knowledge and ability to navigate phones, plans, and their options are admirable. I believed going in to the store that it was going to be an extremely frustrating situation. Many other customers, some aforementioned were entitled and pushy, however, Kate immediately addressed me by acknowledging my presence even though she was working with another customer. When she was able to work with me, I was pleasantly surprised by her down-to-earth demeanor, her jovial nature, her patience, and her ingenuity. She is a wiz! A real dynamo. Go see Kate for any problem as she'll solve it and fast. Thank you for making a challenging situation enjoyable. Abby or Abigail helped us for FOUR HOURS and it seemed like she really was helping us. Well 2 months later I have spoken to maybe 15 different verizon agents and chats for all of the things she did not mention as far as billing. We have been charged and charged and charged for things we didn't even know we would be charged for - all because she sucked us into a promotion with false advertising. We were in her store July 9th for 4 hours and it is now Sept 9th and I have to call Verizon tomorrow when they open to complain again about a new charge on our account based off of our visit in Falmouth with Abby. Please avoid this store and avoid her if you can. We are 1 phone call away from jumping ship from Verizon after being with them since we had cellphones.    Read moreI am traveling out of the country and stopped by the Falmouth Verizon Store to ask about my service over seas. I am a woman. There was 3 employees who were all busy helping others. I knew it could be a little wait and was prepared to wait. After about 15 min a guy walked in who was greeted with a hello and asked what his name was by one of the busy store clerks and the clerk introduced himself. He told the gentleman he would be right with him. After another 5 minutes, the clerk who greeted him finished up and went right over to help him, I was completely ignored by the clerk. These employees are sexist. I was only told once they would be with me before the guy arrived and was never asked what I was there for. I was never greeted. When I confronted the employees that I should have been helped first, they replied he was just grabbing an accessory with them not having any idea why I was there.
