I've been here about 5-6 times, and each visit has been a great experience. The customer service is the best I've seen in a long time, and we're talking about a family Mexican restaurant! I've been to plenty of high dollar restaurants in recent years, and I can honestly say that the service at Casa Vallarta ranks right up there.
We're always greeted warmly, and while all of the staff speaks English, my wife and I have enjoyed using Spanish with the servers, since most of them are native speakers. My first time, we ate at the bar, where I initially experienced the excellent service. The bartender wipes every glass down before pouring a drink, tops off people's drinks, and in general, understands what great customer service is.
Each time I've gone, I've enjoyed the margaritas, and I've tried something different on the menu. The serving sizes are generous; I ordered black bean soup once, thinking that the tacos wouldn't be enough, but they were big and came with large sides of rice and beans. The burrito is great, and the enchiladas mole are different from other places I've had them, with the addition of peanut flavor, but tasty.
The interior of the restaurant is bright and colorful, a great atmosphere to be in on cold snowy nights. I'm looking forward to coming here in the summer and eating outside on the deck.
The prices are very reasonable, comparable with a typical family Mexican restaurant. I'll be back often, both with the kids, and with my wife on our own.
My youngest son requested to have his birthday dinner here, and he loved the celebration when the staff came and played music and put a...

Came here twice while away on a business trip in Falmouth. First, all the staff are friendly and attentive. This was perhaps the best part of the place. Everyone was welcoming and happy to try to get us what we wanted, for example, figuring a particular drink we liked.
The location is easy to get to with plenty of party. Though it gets packed so you may need to park in the adjacent lot.
I found the food to be a bit on the salty side, but this is Mexican cuisine so maybe thatâs just how it is. I also thought the drinks were so varied that maybe it would be better to have fewer choices but more authentic in flavor. A lot was made with pre-made mixes. Thatâs not to say it was not good.
The plates are large. Plenty to choose from. We constantly saw the workers clean.
This establishment is family friendly and also suitable for couples and seniors. Lots of space at the bar to just grab a snack and a drink.
The prices are fair and we saw plenty of diversity in terms of patrons. Overall, it was a good experience and weâd visit here again. We also noted that they have a few more locations in...
Read moreI wont be back until the staff is changed at the bar. Brings me no pleasure to write this bad review. I wouldn't have written this if the restaurant had a contact email. I would have gone direct but here we are. I started going here when the Falmouth restaurant opened. The family was running the show and working here. I really wanted them to succeed because the food is authentic. My last 2 visits were horrible. I always sit at the bar and get the same thing. The last visit the new bartenders couldn't figure out my order because its not the exact match as a menu item so the bartender did the order as all sides. She charged me twice as much as my normal bill. When i called her on it she said i must have ordered something else in the past. Ive only ordered 1 item every time I've gone here. Its obvious the new staff is not trained and have no clue. Since my visit I've spoken to others who go here and all the conversations were the same. Everyone agrees the place sucks now. Non attentive under trained staff who care more about chitchat than providing a great experience. Sad because weve all been waiting for good Mexican food in the area and a couple dimwits...
