Very, Very disappointed with this store. I recently went into the location because my IPhone was not working. I was told that I need a new IPhone. Do to the service being absolutely terrible I decided it was time to go back to Verizon. I asked the two male workers if I moved my two phones to Verizon how much would I have to pay Sprint. They both informed me on several occasions that it would be approximately $60 I would owe to sprint if I went to Verizon and brought my phones. Later that day I did just that. I recently got my final bill from Sprint and they are now charging me $288 for the phones, which I was told it would be approximately $60. I called Sprint cooperate office and they would not help me whatsoever. They told me to call the store to see if they could help you. I then called the store and spoke to the store Manager Benda. Total waste of time... I explained to her what happened and she informed me that she cannot do anything because I am no longer a Sprint customer and that she will talk to her staff. Read moreNice staff working there BUT, currently very unhappy with them. Went in to their store in late May to lease a Samsung S-9. They told me there was a special for all Sprint customers who were upgrading, two leases for the price of one. My wife was with me and I decided I may as well get two phones after all, the same price. Since then I am getting fully billed for two phones at $33 per month each. Have contacted Sprint twice about this and have gone back to the store, assured it was taken care of. Now Sprint denies that program exists. They say it's only if you activate a new line. That's not what I have been told now 3 times by the store managers. I want to get this remedied but can't go to the store constantly. Was I lied too? A con job? I'm starting...
