Good experience 2 years ago but not this time around.
I ordered a set of kitchen cabinet hardware on September 15, 2025. My salesperson told me they would ship from New Jersey and arrive within a few days. When the order arrived, the wrong item was shipped by the warehouse. The second time, the salesperson ordered the wrong item. Because of this, I had to return to the showroom myself to ensure the correct item was finally ordered. On October 1, 2025, I still hadn’t received an update, so I called for a status report. I was told the items had arrived the day before. On September 30, 2025, I texted my salesperson for an update and never received a response, which meant another day was wasted simply because no one notified me. Throughout the process, I had to repeatedly follow up on my own. If I hadn’t, I question when I would have been contacted.
