Evelina was awesome! I went to her last fall because I was having trouble finding a dress at any of the bridal stores in the area that looked good on me and was the style I wanted. Any dress I did find would have to be special ordered or altered and would cost a crazy amount of money. I also did not want white or ivory and that was all I was able to find. She took my measurements and we were able to do a custom made dress for a very reasonable price. She took the time to pick out patterns with me and find fabric that was suitable. When the dress came back, it didn’t fit me correctly and I was not completely satisfied with the length and the way the skirt looked. Upon hearing this, Evelina told me she would not sleep until I was happy with my dress. She took the dress in and had a new skirt made in a few short weeks. Once I tried it on again, I was 100% happy with the alterations made and absolutely loved my dress. It was everything that I wanted and couldn’t find in the area. She also altered a dress for my sister who was the maid of honor and told me she could make dresses for any of my bridesmaids who would need one. I even ordered a dress from her for my daughter that she looked like a little princess in. When I went to pick up my dress after final alterations, Evelina gave us a gift which was a beautiful hair piece for my daughter. The dresses she has in store are always so interesting to look at and Evelina is always very warm and friendly any time I go in there. I got so many compliments on my dress during my wedding. I think having a custom made dress is much more meaningful than one produced in mass quantities and can be passed down to my daughter as an heirloom. I DO Fargo and Evelina are the ABSOLUTE BEST 💗 I can’t even begin to express how wonderful of an experience I had with her for my wedding alteration process. First off, the shop is adorable! Second, she is a fantastic communicator. Evelina asked all the right AND appropriate questions to ensure that my dress would fit properly and I would feel like my most beautiful self on the big day 🥹!!! I felt like a princess because I DO Fargo altered every part of my dress perfectly.

She went above and beyond with making a non-bulky bustle for my train, helped me with hair ideas to compliment my dress, and gave me so many tips/tricks to make my dress perfect for my wedding. I had no clue how to bustle my train or what places to take in, or even how much to take off the bottom. Evelina showed me everything she suggested we do, and the dress ended up being incredibly comfortable to wear and easy to walk/dance in! My favorite part was her suggestion that we take out some of the layers in the front so it’d be easier to walk. Great call 😊😊

Working with Evelina to create my custom wedding dress was one of the most special parts of my entire wedding experience.
