The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. The staff did not treat us with basic decency or patience and failed to even offer us menus. Anytime we asked a question, the responses were dismissive and disrespectful. It felt like we were treated differently because we are women, as we noticed the men in the restaurant were not treated the same way. We spent over $50 only to be served burnt birria tacos. The Dubai chocolate strawberries were poorly made, with barely any chocolate or cream it looked like they had just been brushed on. We had to ask for more to even get a proper serving.
