I ordered a medium chicken cordon bleu combo at around 7:30pm. I got home at about 7:50pm and bit into some fries and there was a rock in my fries. I've been going to this restaurant for years and never had an issue until this last time. I tried calling the restaurant but no one answered, since it was close to closing i decided to call the next day. I called at opening and asked for a manager and was told to call back around noon. I called at 12:30 and was told that they're busy (the restaurant) and was hung up on. I called again at 1 and left my name and number because the manager wouldn't be in until later to count the money. The food has always been good here, it's been my favorite sandwich shop in the area, but this experience has left me rather upset. All i wanted was a refund, even if it was a partial refund, and to let them know of the situation so someone doesn't break or...

I ordered a Cajun Ranch Chicken sandwich which was good. But honestly for $18.00 after tax for a meal I'd expect a bit more filling -- kind of stingy tbh. I get times are tough, but for $18.00 per person you have to give a decent amount of meat -- which was lacking here! The sandwich did taste amazing though! Their bread is ONE OF A KIND! All the ingrediants were fresh, fresh, fresh. And the service was good.
The real question is... Is Grand Junction worth $18.00 a person??? TO ME - ITS NOT.. It saddens me to say I will no longer be frequenting this establishment because -- in my opinion -- its not worth $18.00 per person. It is delicious though. But when I can walk across the street to the steakhouse there and get a 10oz sirloin, side, salad, and bread for $20.00, Its hard to...
Read moreFirst off, let me just preface this by saying their sandwiches are the best in the area. They recently switched to a self serve kiosk to place orders, taking away a customer service element I really like when I go out to eat. I have to flag someone down if I have questions about particular menu items. Also when placing an order, there is no indication of how long the wait will be. In the past few months it has taken a lot longer to get orders out. I don’t blame the people working there but rather the system they have in place as their kiosk and mobile orders bog them down. A simple estimate of how long the wait would be would go a long ways. The prices have gotten steep and I feel like at some point, either the portions have to get to bigger or I have to stop coming. Even with all of this, Grand Junction is still excellent and it’s still worth the...
