Starbucks — Restaurant in Fargo

I’m giving this place a one star because of what I went through today and that’s being generous, first of all my brother, my daughter, and myself stood at the counter we were the only ones in line for 23 minutes I timed it after it started taking a long time so in reality it was probably longer than that, then the younger gentleman behind the counter came up an finally took our order after he took our order we waited another 20+ minutes to recieve it, but the worst part of our experience was when we finally did receive our drinks we got into our car and started to drive off an our drinks had ZERO coffee in them just ice, cream, Carmel, and the Carmel crunch but NO COFFEE so we wasted an hour of our time with quite literally the worst service I’ve ever witnessed only to not get what we paid for, we wanted to go back an complain an get our money back but we had already wasted an hour of our lives an 16$ and didnt want to waste even more of our lives waiting to be refunded, i am NEVER one to complain about service but this just was too mind blowing, but in the end I’m the dumb one aswell we should have left after waiting that long but instead we tried to give them a chance so we are the dumb ones but atleast we have...

I went through the drive thru to get drinks for me and my brother and when we were getting ordering I asked for a pistachio latte, cold with extra Carmel drizzle and when we got to the window she hands me a hot drink when I said I would like a cold one the first young lady said it's fine I can keep the drink and she will make me one that's cold so while we were waiting there was a big blonde lady that came to the window with a rude attitude saying that I was the one who asked for hot drink when I Cleary didn't so I explained to her that I didn't ask for a hot drink and she repeatedly kept saying no I ordered a hot drink with a really rude attitude so I said NO I clearly ordered a cold drink. So she says ok is a rude tone and walks away while I was waiting again the manager comes out and says that I was yelling at the big lady and being rude to her and cussing when I actually respected her and kept calm but now that I think about it I feel like I was being targeted by racism i don't know why the second the lady saw me her face flipped is it because I'm wearing a head scarf? They should really respect people...

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. Stood at the counter and watched three girls make drinks for the drive-thru while people at the counter who walked in are completely ignored. Never even got a "I'll be right with you, give us just a second" nothing! Finally after 3 or so minutes she walked up and reluctantly took my order. There was no thank you, no have a nice day, not even the crack of a smile. I even watched as one woman got tired of waiting and walked out. The place was absolutely filthy. Floors were disgusting, cases of merchandise piled everywhere. Flys crawling on bags of food waiting for people to pick them up. This place needs some help! They need a manager, or someone who knows what they're doing. We have traveled the country and been to many many Starbucks, this one is definitely the worst we've ever seen. Starbucks, you...
