So there's really two things to review: the Distillery which has their spirits available for off-sale, and the lounge(?) which serves cocktails and small-place hors d'oeuvres.
Being a young distillery, their main offerings are their gin and vodka. Both are of excellent quality, the gin in particular is very interesting with a fresh, zesty profile that makes a excellent cucumber tonic. They also have a new line of cordials including a coffee and cream liqueur that makes a mean bulldog.
The lounge is a great place to meet friends or take a date. The drinks range from $5 to $10 depending on whether they make use of their standard or reserve spirits. Hands down the best vodka we have ever tasted! Thanks so much...
