Hello, I’m reaching out to share my experience shopping at your store today while looking for a back-to-school dress. As an educator in the area, I was hoping for a pleasant shopping experience, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Upon entering, I wasn’t greeted by any of the staff, and when I approached one employee for assistance, she had her back turned and continued restocking the rack without acknowledging me. Later, when I went to the cashier to ask for a fitting room, I hadn’t even gotten the dress over my head before an older woman, who worked there, knocked on the door after I’d been in there for less than a minute. This interaction left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable.
As an African American woman, I believe I deserve the same respect and courtesy as any other customer. My skin color should never play a role in how I am treated. I hope that moving forward, better customer service is provided to everyone, regardless of...

Read moreThe vibes were... off. Is this a nice store? Sure, it's located in a great downtown area near Rose Wild, where we had brunch (which had fantastic food and service). However, I had second thoughts about spending money in this store. I found the older staff to be off-putting and unfriendly.
