Just by far has to be the worst barbecue place I've ever eaten the barbecue ribs were horrible yes they had a smoke taste to it but had no flavor at all to it it's like it was just thrown on the smoker just to have smoke taste no salt no pepper nothing on it and it seems like they cooked it too fast little too dry for me and as far as the brisket goes I don't know what to say that's not even considered brisket and has no smoke rings on it you could barely taste the smoke flavor to it has no flavor to it whatsoever was very horrible and I've ordered some beans to go with it the beans were just cooked in water no flavor to it whatsoever no spices nothing of that what they call cornbread I would not call that cornbread whatsoever overall my experience rating from 1 to 10 and 10 being the most highest rating I would give this place maybe a 1.2 out of 10. Never in my life have i tasted bbq or so-called bbq this bad. This place should be closed down. I have no idea who owns this place, but you need to find a BBQ pit master to help this place out. We came here because the reviews were pretty good and the pictures looked appetizing. That was misleading. I ordered the chopped chicken, it was rather dry but had a smokey flavor. The coleslaw was slimy, fried okra was undercooked and lacked flavor, and the Mac & Cheese takes like velveeta shells and cheese. 🤢 My husband had brisket which was pretty good, but he didn't like the bbq sauce either. He took one bite of the Mac & Cheese and left it. Roll was hard and dry. He said his potato salad was good. Daughter had fried catfish, Mac, fries and the hush puppy. She loves Mac but didn't even eat that slop. Fries were cold and a bit undercooked, she took a bite of her catfish and almost gagged.

I don't know how this place has such good reviews, apparently people don't know what good BBQ is. But we all had diarrhea after eating here.

After the owners responded below, I feel they should know if they quality of their food is good or not without having to be told. If you're OK with serving subpar food to people and only fix it with a complaint, you shouldn't be...

Hubby picked up what was SUPPOSED to be a large turkey for Thanksgiving. The large is SUPPOSED to be 20-24 pounds. I always cook a turkey that is as close to 25 pounds as I can find. When he brought the $90 turkey in, i thought that they MUST have pre-carved it because the package was so small...I re-heated it MUCH less than the instructions because turkey does NOT need to be 225 degrees, ESPECIALLY when it's already cooked. Opened the wrapping and, no, it wasn't pre-carved...NO WAY was this a large turkey! I doubt it even qualified for their medium size...if so, BARELY! The turkey was so overcooked...the white meat could not be sliced, came away like sawdust. The dark meat was hard...almost rock-hard. I pulled as much edible meat off it that I could...got a little to eat Thanksgiving, and a couple omelettes later. I thank God that I didn't cook for a crowd this year like I usually do!
