the owner/manager claimed to be Navajo after a disagreement about a radio being installed. the owner isn’t professional when it comes to communicating or resolving any problems. he also made sure i knew he has contact with KTNN and shouldn’t report any of his business dealings to them. i’m not sure what that has to do with the issue he couldn’t resolve himself. NO HELP WITH RESOLVING THE ISSUE!

I told them what I wanted in a car audio system and what I didn't want. Instead of them trying to sell me the most expensive or most powerful sub, they recommended product with plenty of potential at a very reasonable price. Then came the installation. I stayed at the store through the entire process, constantly checking their monitors broadcasting the work being done in the garage. My application required interior body panels to be removed, my whole dash, and even my driver seat! No shortcuts were taken during the install. Instead of having to come back the next day for my vehicle to be finished, they continued to work well past their closing time. Made me Pay for shipping to send sub back, laughed at cause supposedly I was the first to blow a kicker sub. LOL, told it was around $20-30 for shipping and was told 3-5 days, ended up being 10 days and $55+. Got the new sub and 3 weeks later, sub blew at there tune. Just wanted to sale me expensive things and no advise. No knowledgeable people with not one trophy. Second time sub blew on a Friday at noon was told Scott or anyone couldn't help me until Monday when there open Saturdays. Well, guess what, filed a complaint and everything was paid in full on them.
